My customer service guy Yogiraj was so helpful and guided me through my registration process with ease. If it hadn’t of been for him, I wouldn’t have been able to do it. polite and courteous as well. So thank you. 😊

Great support process, got me connected to SHUBHAM SURYAWANSHI very quickly who was swiftly able to cancel and refund a SIM I no longer had access to. A breath of fresh air compared to many other companies who make it a royal pain in the backside to get any support.
Problem understood and a solution found efficiently - enabling me to use the service without a break. Helpful approach was much appreciated with clarification and slowing down at times when requested. Thank you.

Nagmukesh helped me a lot, as a traveler who stucked in iran because of war unfortunately i lost my connection to my family but with his help I connected them again.
requested a STAC from lebara and two different new providers said it doesn't work. Requested a PAC and lebara returns an error. Tried the 'help' on their website and they make you solve puzzles by having to click on sitting ducks, so I gave up. This provider is NAUSEATING. Never again.
