The Learning People were not good to work with they are quick to take your study money but don't support you when you need it. I did my PMP Bootcamp and passed my application process and didn't realise I needed to request a voucher, I thought they would send it to me but they haven't. Now my student license has expired and they won't send it to me. Please don't go through them. They are not honest and I don't trust them.

I had Sara as my coach. Shes checks in time to time, to see how my learning is going, if any support is required. LP provide you all the material you need so that you can crack on at your own pace and learn. If you are someone who wants the learning material and to go at your pace independently, this is perfect. They provide webinars and CV support too!

And I must say, I was impressed by the level of professionalism and customer care that I received, from the first phone call by my career consultant to when I eventually signed up for my training, everything exemplified nothing short of excellence. They took the time to understand my situation and to explain every detail step by step which enabled me to make an informed decision. I had an exceptional experience with Learning People's cybersecurity program. The pathway they designed was comprehensive, starting with the foundational CompTIA A+ and progressing through Network+, Security+, and CySA+. Each course was well-structured, ensuring a solid understanding of the material. The resources provided were outstanding. From detailed exam preparation materials to the interactive virtual labs, everything was tailored to foster practical learning and success. The virtual labs, in particular, stood out by allowing me to simulate real-world scenarios, which was invaluable for hands-on experience.

signed up for a course with The Learning People in October but quickly realized it wasn’t the right fit for me. I immediately requested a cancellation and refund, explaining that I had not accessed or used any of the course materials due to technical issues with Percipio. Despite this, they refused to honor my request, hiding behind their rigid 14-day cooling-off policy—even though I was unable to evaluate the program properly due to access issues. To make matters worse, I proactively canceled my subscription back in October, yet they still took payments and are now demanding even more money. I have explained multiple times that this is financially impossible for me, given that I have not used their services at all, but they simply do not care. Their customer service is unhelpful and inflexible, prioritizing profit over fairness. If you're considering online learning, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. YouTube and LinkedIn Learning provide better resources for free, and you won’t have to deal with aggressive payment demands. I will be contacting Citizens Advice and a lawyer to explore my options. Save yourself the stress—stay away from The Learning People!

I enrolled in several courses with this company and completed one. However, I later decided to change my career path and communicated this to their team. Despite this, they insisted that I pay the full amount. At the time, I was working for the NHS during the COVID-19 pandemic and faced financial difficulties. I initially agreed to a monthly installment plan, but weeks later, they contacted me demanding an increased payment amount. Since then, they have persistently pursued me for payments on courses I never even attended—despite only providing me with login details. Their approach has been aggressive, treating me as if I were in default for services I did not receive. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution against engaging with this company. Their primary concern appears to be financial gain rather than providing genuine value. If you enroll in a course but later wish to change your mind, be aware that they will still demand full payment, regardless of whether you complete the course.

I have been with learning people for about four months now and all I can say is they are excellent and exceptional. From there professionalism to their friendliness, I have had lots of fun. The simplicity of their modules is wonderful. I really cannot explain. Give them a try for your professional courses, you won't regret it. Ps: They will even structure your fees in such a way that you would not even feel it

I have just enrolled with LearningPeople, and I am currently in my first week of study. So far the experience has been extremely pleasant. Every person I have spoken to has been very clear, informative and concise with the information provided to me. The support along the way has been top notch, and I am enjoying the learning environment (from what I have experienced of it so far). I would definitely recommend this to others who were considering a career change, and would like support along their journey. Avoid the learning people at all costs. - The learning videos on their website are outdated and mundane, no interactive content. - Live sessions are completely wack, with a completely clueless facilitator. - Your hands are tied after 14 days and force paid for the course whether you complete it or not, no matter the financial circumstances you are facing. I am paying £3000+ - The student service has nothing better to offer, they behave like bots positioned to read scripts. An absolute shit of a company. Avoid them at all costs.

I’m currently finishing my final project for the Full-Stack Software Development course at Code Institute, and I absolutely loved it. The training material is straight to the point—no unnecessary fluff like in other courses or universities where they teach things just because they have to. Everything you learn is directly applicable to real-life projects. One of my favorite aspects is the project-based approach. Having deadlines made me feel like an actual software developer working on a big project. While the training material is excellent, I learned even more by working on the project itself—researching, watching videos, using both the provided resources and external ones to build a fully functional website. It’s been an amazing experience, and I highly recommend it. I’ve even encouraged family members to join, and they’ve enrolled. I can’t speak highly enough about Code Institute—it’s a solid 5/5, and my only regret is not doing it sooner.
