I had a great experience enrolling with the help of Yassin and Vita. The enrolment process was quick and easy and very beneficial I was able to pick a pathway which best suited my experience and career goals.

Although I wasn't in a position to enrol on a full time course which would require a lot cost I was directed to a free online basics course that would give me a taste of what I wanted to learn so I could see if I enjoyed it enough to save up and invest in the full time one. The agent I spoke to was really helpful and friendly and I felt like they really understood what my needs were.

My experience with Learning People has been deeply disappointing. They sell courses that are about to expire, showing a blatant disregard for their customers' time and investment. It's clear that they are only interested in making money, without any concern for the quality or value they provide. The content is outdated and the support is lackluster at best. To make matters worse, they pack similar courses of no use and sell them together, then disappear with no support when you need to reconsider the courses—despite promising support at the time of sale. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for educational resources.

I bought a Project Management (Agile PM) course with Learning People to lift up my resume and my chances to return to work after a career break and everything was very easy since the beginning! The platform to have access to the material is very easy. Everything there has vídeos, lots of content to research, take notes and also, they have a Student Care Center where they really focus on attending students needs. I experienced some difficulties during my learning journey and the Care Team listened to my needs! Wanna also leave a special THANK YOU to Felicity Dwyer who was very sensitive towards my difficulties and together with the institution, could help me accordingly! Waited on a call back by sales, and didn’t receive a call. Attempted to email and still haven’t had a response. Would not recommend learning people as they are overpriced and unreliable in responding.

While I found the course content for the four courses I purchased (Agile PM Foundation & Practitioner, APM MQ, and Scrum ABC) to be generally well-paced, tailored, and helpful, I encountered several significant issues that detracted from my overall learning experience. Firstly, I was not explicitly informed that the course subscription was limited to one year. I had assumed, similar to platforms like Udemy, that course access would be perpetual upon purchase. This misunderstanding caused considerable stress and ultimately impacted my ability to complete the courses within the allotted timeframe. Secondly, beyond the course materials themselves, I received minimal support. While I appreciated the monthly check-in calls regarding my exam readiness, I did not receive any additional assistance, despite having raised concerns about my workload while balancing university and employment, a situation I had made clear to Learning People from the outset. I feel a more thorough assessment of my capacity to manage the course load would have been beneficial. Upon discovering the impending expiration of my subscription with only one month remaining, I contacted Learning People. The sole option offered was a three-month extension, which proved insufficient as I was heavily focused on my dissertation during that period. My request for a partial refund, given the circumstances, was not granted. In addition to the issues outlined above, I was also promised post-training support with LinkedIn profile revision and job placement assistance. These promised services were never delivered. While I acknowledge the quality of the learning materials, the high cost of the program, coupled with the limited subscription duration, lack of adequate support, and unmet post-training promises, makes it difficult for me to recommend Learning People. I believe it is crucial for prospective students to conduct thorough research and fully understand the terms and conditions before enrolling in any courses. My experience suggests that the primary focus of Learning People is on course sales, rather than comprehensive student support and success.
