The constant communication, the planning, the support and training made my experience a great one. Learning People will not abandon you in the process, they provide guidance and support all through. If they do not email, they will call you to check how you are getting on. The one-one support is particularly endearing to me. I recommend their service because I will use them again and again

Easy to follow platform

The communication with the team and the additional lecture offered by an online tutor is a great bonus as the tutors have been great so far.

Learning People has made it easy for me to upskill alongside my full-time job. The course is clear, flexible, and well-organised, and the support from the team has been excellent so far. One of the key reasons I chose them—after researching other providers—is their dedicated Career Services. They offer help with CV building, interview prep, and LinkedIn optimisation. Passing only one of my exams out of 5 they have contacted me to get the ball rolling with the career support which shows the dedication and support. I’m really looking forward to it as I progress through the course and get closer to entering the job market.

The portal was very helpful learning the courses and the exam simulators helped me to feel comfortable in the exam format.

The flexibility of learning

The support I received was great. At some point I was thinking they took the study more seriously than myself. They also offer live sessions for exam preparation which came in at the appropriate time.

This company is always on your side you can call them whenever time and they will answer most the time knowing how to help you in any situation you have they always know how to help you pass and the videos they send are really helpful and informative.

If you intend to use this service- Abort mission!!! How can you assure your students that they have got two chance to write an exam ie a possible re-sit should they need to, and the only time the student request for this service, you say your license expired 2-3 weeks before result was released. Mind you the exam takes 8 weeks to get marked. you also never cared to explain to your student prior enrollment about time scales or send an email at least to advise about the possibility of not being able to get another exam voucher for students reaching the end of their porogramme. Quick to send an email advising on tuition balance but not exam resit timelines. Out of four exams, just one rewrite and you can't make an exception. I Paid almost £4k for a strictly self taught service, exam booking cost you barely £360 with APM. You overcharge and yet lack empathy. They are all nice, patronising you while the direct debits is ongoing, once they get the full tuition they ignore you - don't bother to ask how your studying is going or how your exam went. Definitely it was about the money for you and not the career progression you so claim to promote. little wonder your target audience are migrants, you keep deceiving people using career transition tales. Stop selling empty promises to rob people of their hard earn money.

Had my first exams and it was successful. Happy for the frequent follow up. Had some issues taking the exams especially as it was my first time. It took over an hour for me to gain access. But the technical team was so helpful every step of the way. Going forward, hope the future exams are more accessible as I got stressed before the exams which could have impacted my results
