The Learning People have been great. I think they were going through a lot of changes when I first joined and so sometimes it was tricky to get hold of someone but since then, my experience has been excellent. Adam, Vita and anyone who I have had dealings with over the phone have all been polite, friendly and professional. If I'm stuck or unsure on anything at any point, they work to get me the support I need. It's great having them there to support me on my learning journey!

How I wished something can be done about this whole thing anyways but I think I have just accepted my fate. Spending about 8weeks to look into a case and come back with same solution, not sure if they even had records of the calls made any longer. Like I stated before, whenever the direct debits leaves my account, the wound gets fresh again of how I was conned off about £3k for a service that ain't worth 50% of it. I believe life happens anyways and I am taking this as one of it. Funny how they lobby their students into making reviews at the start of their training, since they know they won't deliver. I believe this company can do better if they only promise for the services they can render and not make false promises just to get students. Paying such outrageous amounts ain't easy and one works hard to get it. This is still from a student in pain, settling the lump debt from the so called training and support.

I had a great experience with Learning People; the courses I was recommended opened doors for my career change. There is always someone ready to give you advice or check-in on your progress. Finding a new job was still challenging. Learning People provides more support in the application and interview process rather than in finding/suggesting roles that suit you.

I have been receiving lots of support and checks from the team which is great to see.

Do not use this company, the customer service is appalling. They do not answer the telephone and take an age to reply to emails. Stay well clear of this company !!!

The team are very supportive and check in regularly. Processes are clear and it is a well organised organisation.

I'm over the moon having just completed my 3rd CompTIA certificate (Security+) with The Learning People. The learning assistance and resources have been fantastic and the entire Studentcare Team (from Toby Cowling who 'enlisted me' to Holly Bashford to Paige Goodwin...and a few others I might've inadvertently left out - apologies) have been super helpful, attentive and supportive throughout. I hope to have more of the same experience with the Careers Services team going forward! Thank you...much appreciated.

As a mature student and only one month in to studying a new subject I find this company to be a breath of fresh air. Highly professional and supportive at this stage and I don't see a reason for that to change. The on-line courses are well explained and really leave you with a feeling that you are both achieving and advancing. Full of optimism for the future. Well done.

It is so helpful to have the support of the Learning People team during my career switch. I have felt very well supported through the process, both in terms of learning but also in using the service. You have access to so many resources to help you learn and pass the exams. It's great having the team check in with you to keep you on track as you go through the courses.

The whole process was quick and easy the admin handling my process ( Patrick made everything easy for me ).

I recently engaged with a Senior Career Consultant from Learning People to enquire about courses related to project management certification. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The consultant's communication was disrespectful, dismissive, and highly unprofessional — far from the supportive and respectful interaction one would expect from an educational institution. Instead of providing constructive advice, the consultant responded with unwarranted criticism and a condescending tone. What was most concerning is that the criticism was based on a misunderstanding of my enquiry, and although I tried to clarify several times, they did not listen. As a result of this experience, I have lost trust in Learning People as a credible provider and decided not to pursue any study options with them. I would encourage Learning People to reflect on the way their representatives interact with potential students, as first impressions are critical.
