I wish i could give it minus stars. My experience with this company has been completely terrible. I wouldn’t even recommend their courses to someone i hated! Please save your time & your money

The award winning StudentCare is a scam. Don't believe their lies. They have been really unhelpful, don't address the concerns I brought up, and generally show a lack of empathy towards my situation. From the outset the StudentCare has not been as advertised. My initial advisor couldn't even give me access to the Full Stack Developer course, so I had to start with the ISTQB qualification instead. They were supposed to check in with me regularly, and I even provided my availability, but I was never called at those times. When I completed the ISTQB material, I requested my exam to be scheduled—this was back in May 2024. Several advisors later, I had to follow up myself to get it actioned, as it was clearly forgotten. Now that they've updated the ISTQB course I can no longer see the hours of material that I completed previously. There has been no communication about this, and there has been no discussion about extending my course period due to all the time that has been wasted. I have also had advisors give me generic 'copy and paste' responses such as: "I would recommend that you utilise the AI Learning Assistant, as this is a great tool that may support you. If this continues to be something that doesn't work for you, it may pay to book in with one of the coding tutors for some further support." They rarely addressed my actual questions, which was frustrating. I've also found some of the material is outdated. For example, one of my portfolio projects was to build a Reddit client using their API and create-react-app, but that command is no longer the recommended way to set up a React project. I had to take the initiative and figure out a better approach, eventually using Vite instead. While this problem-solving was a good learning experience, it highlighted that the course materials aren't always up to date. Given the price I paid for this course, I expected better follow-through and more reliable assistance.
My response was based on the fact that your company is special in the sense that things are done promptly, and the organisation of the schools activities are top notched. Students are provided with the relevant materials for learning, enabling them to compete in the present day highly advanced and competitive job market.

The majority of contact I’ve had with learning people has been them pestering me for a trustpilot review (6 times) so here it is. (I had been promised a meeting with the careers help department 3 times, can I just leave a trustpilot review? None of these happened) The content provided in patches was straight up wrong. The videos showed me half of the syllabus. The other half I had to work out myself through getting asked questions on the practice tests - not helpful! I was promised live lessons - first one was a guy who was streaming to not just learning people customers and couldn’t keep up. The second was retired - by his own admission - and went on a story about race within his culture, then spoke about how he got a job 30 years ago - safe to say I didn’t attend a 3rd. I asked for resources to aid my learning - I was sent an a4 page with debunked learning techniques (I did my PGCE previously). Essentially you can get what the learning people offer you from YouTube for thousands cheaper. The only parts of the team that are engaged are the sales dept. The content is out of date, poorly delivered, sometimes incorrect, often not in depth enough, and not actually made by the learning people - it is sourced from a 3rd party. The learning people are grifters. Avoid at all cost
The career services provided have been excellent. However, I believe securing a job may also require a bit of luck, as I have applied to over 100 positions so far, but I have yet to secure a job.

Great customer service and onboarding - however as a kinaesthetic learner the videos would greatly benefit from some practice worksheets the educator is using so the leaner can actively also work through the class on the worksheet along with the educator. As well as incorporating some practical learning tasks after each short lesson to engage practical learners to put into practice what they have learnt soliciting the knowledge.

My experience with learning people has been nothing short of great. The communication from my time of enquiry to my registration and to my studies have been absolutely wonderful.
My experience hasn't been bad, just that I feel I strict reminder should be given to people Concerning the duration of the course and extra charges that are attached if not completed in 12 months. The team has been very supportive all through.
You got to learn everything from advanced information technology to human resource courses as to whether to improve your skills or to change your career path, it's easier for you.
