I know that there will be bad reviews and good reviews, what I have been experience with learning people is great, all the support is there for you if needed very friendly staff, I do not have anything to complain about, I am not saying for everyone do the courses as they are very challenging, and after reading some of the bad reviews I believe that people just quick on the courses when they become hard to complete. If you have a great mind set to develop in you career i would recommend, as i said all the support will be given to you.

My mentor introduced herself nicely when she called to talk about the career path I'm taking. She explained everything I should and should not do well and gave me tips and advice on tools I should be using for the course.

I recently enrolled in several courses including Prince2, Agile, PMP, and Change Manager. The onboarding process has been smooth and efficient, with clear guidance and support throughout. The software is intuitive and professional, making it easy to get started without any heavy sales pressure.

I joined LP few weeks ago. I am having a great experience with them while preparing for my project manager certifications! The course content is very well structured and delivered clearly and professionally. The learning platform is easy to use and navigate. I almost gave up but i was so pleased with the response I got from the email I sent to student care by Angel. Coming from a different field of career made it a bit tasking for me but in all, I love the fact that I had to push myself outside my scope of knowledge. I would not have made it this far if not for the explicit learning platform provided by The Learning People. The resources were on point ( both the video and the e-book). To crown it up the follow-up by the student-care is superb!!! ( Angel is assigned to me and she did extremely well) Thank you

A place to develop yourself

Idk how legit these people are they do offer support but there isn’t a guaranteed job. He needs to apply and find his own way there they offer interview support. However, there is no way to cancel the direct debit as for myself I have tried emailing mentioning I cannot commit to the full payment and only Completed one of three courses any possible way of cancelling and they will not allow it.

The learning people actually do care. They take the time to help curate your course to fit into your goals. The career advice they offer is also great. They provide guidance every step of the way from start to finish.

LP has been excellent at providing guidance and platform for my career transition. There is many ways of attaining certifications or diplomas for whichever industry you choose but if you like clear goals, accountability, support and right guidance than look no further. I have nothing but great things to say. Beginning with my initial chat with Olivia and once signed up my monthly follow ups with (Student Services) Kelsea to then working through CV and Linkedin changes with (Career Services) Florencia in order to get job ready have been wonderful.

If you are looking for fun new ways to burn thousands of pounds then look no further than the Learning People. They’ll take the time and effort to contact you with a specialist advisor who will give you the key to success. Don’t worry though I’ll give you the secret for free… Get LinkedIn. Add people on LinkedIn. They’ll also be nice enough to completely ignore you after giving you the advice above. Seriously avoid this, unless your hobbies include: burning money, wasting your own time.

Priorities and response.

Edit: Despite my circumstances, learning people is asking me to write an exam within 20 days of welcoming a baby if I still want to be qualified for the PMP re-sit if need be. I was exchanging emails with them on the day I went into labour as I got approved to write my PMP exam that day. Overall, I wouldn’t advise anyone to study with them as life is unpredictable and they are unable to show empathy or make provision for any extenuating circumstances Initial feedback: Okay. I’ve had great experience with learning people so far. Quick turnaround and response to inquiries or clarification. Overall I enjoyed the curated courses for my project management certifications. As a learning and development specialist, I can confirm the course content is great for all level of learners and easy to navigate. The requirement to get a certain score (80% and above) before official exams can be booked for you is a way to ensure candidates are well prepared. However, I also have 2 negative experience. I didn’t feel supported after experiencing an extenuating circumstances and needed adjustments. I had hyperemisis and this affected my ability to study. Learning people declined extending my access to the study platform after informing the agent/rep who called me to discuss my upcoming deadline. This has put immense pressure on my mental health to finish up my study for the duration I have left while getting ready to welcome a new born and working a 9-6. The supporting study resources (books) were also sent out to me after passing the mock exam and ready to book my official exams. This I found not useful as you need those earlier on while prepping for the exams. I already bought most of the books online to support the online videos/courses while studying and preparing for the exams.

Please read and believe the 1-3 star ratings!! If you're someone who is especially neurodiverse, I would not recommend this course. I signed up to the Agile PM course. The online page is outdated, and the language used in the learning material is unnecessarily advanced- I feel like someone from NASA is speaking to me. I'm not dumb either, I work in a corporate environment at a senior level and still, I just wasn't able to absorb what they were teaching. The animations aren't great. I couldn't understand the relevance of the information and how everything is pieced together, there are too many "pages" in 1 "session"- 26 of them, there can be more and there are about 7 sessions so this just feels like it's going to take forever to complete. The "notepad" doesn't always save my notes. I wish there were alternative ways to complete this course because I work in project management and DSDM isn't even discussed like that. I can't even link this stuff to the actual work I do and the questions in the exams aren't easy to understand. This is one of the questions "Which product is made up of all appropriate components of the final solution together with any intermediate deliverables necessary to explore the details of requirements and the solution under construction?" like... what is this?. I've been signed onto 5 courses, which i don't know how i'm going to get through.

Overall, it was a positive experience; however, I noticed a significant delay between completing my exam and your receiving confirmation of the results. A more timely update on progress and outcomes would be appreciated. Additionally, I found that there was limited interaction initiated by the school. Most of the communication was in response to my inquiries, rather than proactive guidance. I believe that more structured support, particularly in navigating the coursework and managing the allocated time effectively, would greatly enhance the learning experience. I appreciate the opportunity to take part in this program and hope that my feedback contributes to its continuous improvement. Best
