I had a water system installed a year ago and the product is amazing .Jerry Schumpert came out today for maintenance and the service with this company is amazing and Jerry is extremely knowledgeable . I highly recommend this company.

Good and prompt service

Rating of 4 stars given in the spirit of "alls well that ends well." We experienced several installation issues which after several calls and a second installation have been successfully resolved. Best news is that the system is giving us cleaner water and we appreciate the final product.

Good product , not great on getting back to me on service call

Our installers showed up on time which is important when navigating time off from work. They were efficient with the installation and explained thoroughly how to use the new system.

Heidi came with all the info on the product and LUIS G. installed! They were both very helpful, explaining what to expect and how product is used. One of the best parts of our experience…all done in same day!! Super convenient for me, the customer!! Would recommend this company!

We sincerely appreciate the outstanding service provided by Joseph Briggs. He promptly called to assess our water filter issue and was able to arrive the very same day to resolve it. Living in a remote area, we often struggle to find timely assistance, so his responsiveness was especially impressive. Thank you, Joseph, for your excellent work and dedication!

Very fast professional installation by a most pleasant installer

Had more work than anticipated but stayed late on the job to finish. Friendly and communicated well. John Whitehead was very helpful in completing the job.

Our salesman, Kyle, listened carefully to what was important to us. Our installer, Shawn, appeared to do a good job with the installation. THEN before the end of the day of installation the problems began. They say you won’t know how good a company really is until you see how they handle a problem: Leaf Home Water Solutions gets an F-. Our water pump that pulls the water up the hill now runs continuously. Katie, the manager of the installation team, was at first apologetic and said that I should hire a licensed plumber to correct the situation AND THEY WOULD REIMBURSE ME. Then not 90 minutes later she had completely changed her tune (probably after talking with someone). Now if you were in the water treatment business would you ever admit to someone that you had just Googled “pumps”? She’s reading to me what she had just read on the Internet about things that can cause pumps not to shut off. This was all in the service of making me prove that her company was responsible for what was happening. Never mind that our water system was working just fine until they did their installation. THEY DIDN’T EVEN OFFER TO SEND THE INSTALLER BACK OUT TO CHECK HIS WORK.

on the water softer there was a defect part and the drinking water is leaking. it been over a week and still not fix

No issues. The entire process was without issue. Installed as promised.

It stopped working a few months ago at not even a year old. They say it needs a yearly and is due for a filter. I was never told that when we bought it. We had a system in FL that lasted 5 years before any issues. We cannot even get the computer to light up!

The install went great and he left us informed on how the system needs to be maintained and future maintenance. Very pleased with how well the system is performing, so we made a great choice.

Joshua was excellent! He was so dedicated to doing the job right and he was so polite and respectful. We were very impressed with him!

do not let these guys anywhere near your pipes. They leaked water all through the crawl space below my kitchen and rotted through the whole thing, just because they can't install stuff properly.
