The team at Leaf Home Water Solutions was fantastic. Everyone from the first Consultant to the Installer were very professional and worked in record time. They made the decision making so easy for me. Now, I can't imagine my life before not showering with soft water.

I got a follow up call from our salesman Ray to get feedback on his sales technique. I don't recall ever getting a follow up call from a salesman. We got the senior discount and a pairing installation discount with our order so the price of the system varies which is why they can't give you a price online. In our case, they had an installer available the next day. The installer Dan replaced all the plumbing for the previous softener installation and removed everything he had out. Dan answered all my questions and was a user of the leaf system himself. My water is very hard and I could tell the difference after the system was installed. Customer WSTL01353

The sales Representative-Ty, arrived on time was very professional, knowledgeable and was very thorough explaining the system with enthusiasm. He answered all our questions. The technician Jacob- was very polite and thorough with installation and clean up and explaining the system. I must say both employees were very impressive, they were very easy to talk to and made the sale, installation easy.

Salesman was knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. The installation was great and clean. The installer listened and was a pleasure to talk to.

The rep was very knowledgeable and offered what was needed in our system and did not try to add other items at a greater expense

LEAF HOME WATER SOLUTIONS did an awesome job in helping me find the perfect filters for my home. The sales tech took an hour to explain why it is essential to have filters in your home. The water test demonstration is what convinced me to get the water filters that was best suited for my home and at the best price possible. The best part was that the filter installation tech was able to install them on the same day. Awesome. I am one happy customer. Now I won't have the NASTY CHEMICALS found in city water and enjoy good tasting coffee every morning.

The company seems to be hiring good honest workers who treat the customers well and with respect.Toni was a nice respectful young man that did his job well and explained what was expected of the owner and the company.

The service person was knowledgeable he had to run the water line a different way so that it flowed easy he can prepared to do the job it only been two weeks and I'm still researching all that the company does will rate them later. Thank tou

Salesman very knowledgeable and personable , installer was very professional ,polite and left area totally clean great experience

I thought both the salesman and the installer were great guys. The only reason for a four over a five at this time is when the salesman was shown the area where the unit would be installed, I said I was concerned with the tight fit it would be. He sent the area measurement to the company to verify that the unit would fit. Once the salesman determined what I needed, he verified it would fit. They told him it would. When the installer was finished, he had me peek around the corner to see it. I did not notice how close it was installed next to my furnace. Should I need a furnace repair, the repairman could not access the furnace. I have a call into service to address the situation. Also, my installer dumped my old salt pellets on my lawn, which will kill it! I'm not happy with that. For the most part, depending on the outcome of the service getting back with me.
