Tyler was my installer and his helper was Austin. They did a great job and super nice. They are very professional and got the job done pretty fast and cleaned up.

Dan Davis was my tech he was a great guy. He was very professional. So far I Love the water system. Its been 2 weeks.
Positive and helpful sales people and installer Charlie. Joseph and Carlos were a little slow but good spirited. Charlie forgot to leave a sample salt bag but Sal is sending me a photo of one. I almost put in a different system right before COVID showed up but did not. Lucky you I guess.
Kyriel was on time, very polite and explained everything well. He worked diligently, without hurrying. It was overall a satisfying experience. So far, the system is working as described.
Spence came today to install my new system. He ran into a problem with my old water lines which were totally plugged up with corrosion. He handled the problem and that slowed him down some but he didn't complain. He completed the install and I am looking forward to having better water. I would recommend sence and Leaf Home Water Solutions.

The water softening system has made my water so much better. It's much less harsh on my skin, and tastes better.
**Do not waste your time or money!!!** I have had this product for **two years**, and in that time, I've had **11 service calls**. Guess what? It still doesn’t work! Every time they come out, I’m told that my water system is “working” or that I just need to “use more salt” — which is absolutely **not true**. One time, a representative even came out and spent the entire visit bragging about his **master’s degree from BGSU**, as if that somehow made up for the fact that the product is a complete failure. It's been a frustrating cycle with no resolution. Now, I’m stuck dealing with their **escalation team**, because all I want is for this **piece of crap system to be removed and refunded**. It’s been nothing but a headache, and they’ve done absolutely nothing to make this right. Do yourself a favor and **stay far away** from this product and company.
Salesman was very informative about our water testing, company products and the differences in competitors products.
Actually taking a water sample from my well and then the home side. The results of these test proved my existing set up was not working properly.
My experience with Leaf Water has been wonderful from Oscar the salesperson to Matthew the installation person. Oscar was so personable and professional in every way. He knew all the answers to my questions and informed me of all the benefits of going with Leaf Water. Matthew got right to work and was also personable and professional. CLONE both of these employees for they both bring a great asset to your company. My family while I was going up and until I was in my forties owned a publishing company in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, The Glen Ellyn Newspaper. I knew finding good employees was not always the easiest to do. And in todays age I believe it must be harder. I am 75 years old and both these men were what companies now adays are lacking.
Truly enjoying the water system. The water taste better and feels much softer as does our Laundry. Something we have needed for well. My only reason for not rating it higher is two things. The cost of the equipment and you need a degree in Engineering to program it or unstand the process.
I got my water softener system about 2 weeks now and love it so much. Thank you Julie and Leo both helping me out for great customer service. Also thank you Joshua for coming out to my house set up the water system. Great service and trust 100%
To start with, the Sales response for the system assessment the bid and pricing. The system was installed quickly and cleanly. The installer walked me through the whole process and explained care and feeding of the system and warranty of the system. I was pleasantly surprise with the whole process.
Quick and expert installation.
12-2-24 salesman GREG WAGNER of Royersford,Pa promised great service,paid him $8,798 the next day they installed,that nite 2am awoke to a leak in basement filling up with water,i just had heart surgery could not turn off water,called/texted him 911 emergency,till today he has not returned my call, the plumber finally fixed it. GREG WAGNER lacks the human deciency ,i would he never finds himself in emergency where no one would help him.SHAME on him and the company for allowing him to work for them
First day of installation. Looks very professional, Rusty did a great job, cleaned up thoroughly and showed how to use the system. Seems like very low attention is needed ( except softener pellets ) until a year after install for filters and maintence checks.
Fast service. Great sales person.
At first we were very disappointed because the salesperson told us that the installers would put the small shed that was required together for us. On installation day we found out that your company doesn’t do that. After several phone calls we connected with the dispatcher, he worked with us and after my husband put the shed together we finally had someone come to disconnect lines, got the shed in place and then the service gentleman attached the lines for us. The system works very well and we are very satisfied with it.
