Excellent explanation from our sales rep. Made everything very clear, showed us the water test results.

poor communication between sales and installers, installation took 2 days, installers were required to dig in order to accommodate the height of the tanks. Sales assured that tanks would fit easily.

What a difference! I see so much more comfort, especially the difference of the feel of skin and eyes. Then there's the savings of soaps and detergents. Easy to see how little the cleaning products are necessary. We should have had this system years ago!

My installer showed up exactly when he said he would. He got right to work and got the job done fast! He was very friendly, patient, and made sure all of my questions were answered before he left. A++ service!

Dan Davis came to install our water system. He was polite, exercised care inside our house and made sure there was no mess afterwards. He provided a thorough explanation of what to expect and what our responsibilities were regarding the system.

Got a great deal on a water system from leaf home. Steve Powers did awesome job on the installation. Water is perfect now.

I am very pleased with Steve Morando and Duane! They are both very knowledgeable, professional and great people person! I do not regret calling and replacing my old water filtration system. I am happy with the results.

Did not explain what to expect after installation. Did not remove old system that we paid to have removed .

On 01/21/2025 I had a rep out for a consult and demo for a stair lift. We did an order. After giving it some thought I decided to cancel on 01/23/25 withinn the 3 day requirement. I had to make several phone calls 1/23 and 1/24 before I got anyone to acknowledge I was canceled. At that time I requested an email confirming cancellation and confirmation number. Today is 01/29 and still no email or call. I also reached out to the credit company and they tell me there stilll is a charge pending on my account. This issue needs resolution.

When our dogs don’t seem too excited with our water and won’t drink, unless I clean the bowls every day thoroughly, the minute I gave them the bowl with the filtered water they couldn’t stop lapping it up. They love the water now — they drink a lot of it frequently throughout the day. That to me is a sign that only that we made our dogs, happier, but we are also making them healthier. The same goes for us. For the first time since I was a child, I can actually drink a glass pf water straight out of the faucet, and it doesn’t have a foul smell, nor aftertaste.

Joshua was very professional and got the installation done quickly. Our water is definitely softer and has less hard water effect.
