Tyler was my installer and his helper was Austin. They did a great job and super nice. They are very professional and got the job done pretty fast and cleaned up.
Fantastic experience from Holly, sales person to Michael, the installer. Wish I had done this years ago! Now I can drink from my tap and not have to deal with the stubborn stains and build up.

Really nice salesman and installer. Didn't take long to have it installed. Wish we would have understood the Reverse Osmosis a little more. Didn't realized it wouldn't be cold water to drink right out of the sink. The water seems soft and glad we did it!!

Matthew Walker the person who installed the system was amazing. He was very respectful and very patient. We could tell he was very knowledgeable and professional. It is refreshing to have a team which such great work ethics. You guys have a winner in Matthew! Erik was also great! He was the person who came to the initial visit and quote. He to was patient and answered all my questions.

Install was fast. We are looking forward to our first water check for purity. Thank you Leaf Home! Called the number in your message to me two days ago. Was told to expect a call in 24 hours. Still waiting.
Uses more salt than I was told. The water now feels oily, do not like this. Only one person came to install, he was very nice and polite, but it took 3 hours to install. It is much larger than I expected.
Improperly installed, damaging our water heater and dome appliances from residue being pushed back into our water lines.

Very personable and friendly
James made the trek to Grayson County in Virginia and did a professional demonstration. He tested my well water in detail. He then asked what was most important to me. He proposed a solution while also explaining the strong BBB ratings and Leaf Water’s commitment to service and warranty. I agreed with the equipment and the install was completed the next day. Very happy with Leaf Water’s.
