Couple of great, informative guys came here. I do wish someone would come show us the difference the system we bought actually is doing its job. I didn’t read it any where that this would happen. I guess we’re to just “trust” the process.

the installer seemed competent and agreeable to moving the old equipment to the curb. I wish he could have just taken the old with him!! We where not told that we needed to run all of the faucets until the water ran clear. The warranty info was wrong. I had to call and get it straitened out.

Installation was fairly quick and easy, and my home was left clean and in order.

I feel like I got scammed. Seller was pushy and said he drove 2 hour so I would feel bad for him , don't wanna leave my house until I agree to purchase. He asked me to give him the price I wanted and agreed to my monthly deal as negotiated with 8% interest rate to trick me to purchase the system and boom , the bank called me with a higher monthly payment and 13.9% interest rate. After I contacted him , he said there's nothing he could do about it and made excuse that he just came back to the company so he doesn't know how everything works. Guess I was too naive to be tricked , will never recommend anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about RandyMarasco and Leaf Home Water. Randy has gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy. Any questions and he is right there with the answer. I highly recommend Randy and this company. I am very pleased. My skin doesn't itch any longer.

Your installer new what he was doing. He new all the short cuts everything was plum and level.but right now the water got a smell to it and I noticed a red streak in the toilet l will be calling you Monday. I love your product l know you will. Correct the problem.

Our sales person CJ was very knowledgeable and understood our need. We came up with the right system for the 2 of us. Our installer ( Patrick) also knew his stuff I asked many questions as he was installing the unit. Both were very friendly and courteous. Would recommend this company and their workers.

Our sales rep, Dan, was very cordial, informative and knowledgeable. No pressure. Kevin, our installer was awesome. He was professional, courteous and explained the operation of the system clearly. The water is much improved throughout the house and our drinking water tastes fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend Leaf to friends and family.

Excellent service

Terrible company. They do not stand behind their work. System was installed improperly which allowed sediment to enter my plumbing. This caused damage to my bathtub faucet so that no water can come out. Leaf cannot fix the faucet and told me to get a plumber and they would pay. However they would not agree to this in writing. After multiple calls and emails their insurance agreed to pay $600 but plumber estimate is $1300+. They refuse to agree to pay for full amount to repair damage they caused. Customer service no longer replies to calls or emails. I call daily to the service number and am told that a manager will call within one business day. They never call. 2 months have passed. This company is the worst. Use any other filter provider. Update: Leaf will not speak to me. I have to speak to their insurance company. They only offer to pay a portion of the cost to repair the damage they caused. Why would I accept this? Why won’t Leaf just fix the damage?

Just got our Softener System installed yesterday. Install team did a good job and took care of everything before they left. Left our property the way they found it! Thank you Pearlie and Vernon And Josh back at the shop!

There was a problem with the IR light leaking and it was really fighting us on stopping it. The technician really hung in there and never gave up. Ge got it resolved and all was well.

So far I am liking the water softener and filtration system. Our installer Dan Davis did a great job and was thorough with his work and explained the whole process.

So far I am just rating the purchase process and the installation. The sales representative, Reno, was extremely cordial, knowledgeable and professional. The installer, Connor, was also extremely cordial, knowledgeable and professional. He was also very competent and neat in accomplishing the install. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and needed to know about the operation of the system installed.

The knowledge and confidence of the installer as well as the young man who set up the appointment.
