Cancellation process unprofessional
On 01/21/2025 I had a rep out for a consult and demo for a stair lift. We did an order. After giving it some thought I decided to cancel on 01/23/25 withinn the 3 day requirement. I had to make several phone calls 1/23 and 1/24 before I got anyone to acknowledge I was canceled. At that time I requested an email confirming cancellation and confirmation number. Today is 01/29 and still no email or call. I also reached out to the credit company and they tell me there stilll is a charge pending on my account. This issue needs resolution.
