Salesman David was very pushy and got offended when I told him I needed a day to think about it. The entire meeting shifted when I initially told him no. Installers were great.

I had a leak and they came out same day. Fixed the problem. Checked my system and took extra care to remove the water from my garage

We live in Sunset Beach, NC where we are known to have terrible dining water. I believe it to also have turned my highlighted hair yellow. Since installing our system, the RO (reverse osmosis) spicket has been running anywhere from 4 - 36 (under 50 is good). Our salesperson, CJ, has been wonderful. He explained things every step of the way and has checked in several times since the install. He takes pride in this company and ensures his customers are satisfied.

My sales rep was awesome. He was very knowledgeable. The installer was awesome as well. He did a great job with the installation. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends and family that were in need of a whole house filtration system.

The rep was knowledgeable and informative about their product. Low pressure sell. It seems to be a good product with a very good warranty. Time will tell.

Our service tech, Matthew Walker, was a hard worked, great at explaining the service he provided, and was efficient with the installation.

Thorough H2O testing. To the point what needed to be done. Scheduled install 2 days after sale. Installer very neat great work of art! More than happy to suggest the system. Week later all is as promised. Crystal clean...

Domenick, my sales rep, was personable and knowledgeable. He helped me choose the right system. The timing for the install got off to a bad start, but once the installer was here, he did an excellent job. So far, I’m very pleased with the results. No more hard water.

The salesman, Michael, took enough time to explain the product compared to the one I was using. He was not pushy, just honest and knowledgeable. The installer, Destin, was clean and very neat about his work. He also explained how the product worked and how to take care of it. Both people were exceptionally kind and friendly with goodwill. I would value these employees as very trustworthy.

Love the system, but it took 3 trips for the plumber to get under ground pipe to stop leaking. Hole is still not filled in due to wet weather.

Very happy with entire process from sales to instillation of a Leaf whole house water system. Everyone that I had contact with directly or via phone were pleasant, professional and thoroughly responded to my questions. Jeff from sales was very helpful providing the right information that helped me pick the system that met my needs. Matt and his son did an efficient job of instillation and complete explanation of function and scheduled maintenance.

Steve Powers was our installer and he did a fantastic job. Everything looked STRAK when he was done with the R/O system and the H20 filtration for the house. Everything was labeled and explained. So far, So good. Time will tell if they stand up to the solution.

Amazing customer service and great water! Adam was our representative. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. He was very happy to answer all of our questions. Red installed our unit. He was very polite and was super quick with the installation. We will definitely be recommending leaf to people!
