Terrible experience
Terrible company. They do not stand behind their work. System was installed improperly which allowed sediment to enter my plumbing. This caused damage to my bathtub faucet so that no water can come out. Leaf cannot fix the faucet and told me to get a plumber and they would pay. However they would not agree to this in writing. After multiple calls and emails their insurance agreed to pay $600 but plumber estimate is $1300+. They refuse to agree to pay for full amount to repair damage they caused. Customer service no longer replies to calls or emails. I call daily to the service number and am told that a manager will call within one business day. They never call. 2 months have passed. This company is the worst. Use any other filter provider. Update: Leaf will not speak to me. I have to speak to their insurance company. They only offer to pay a portion of the cost to repair the damage they caused. Why would I accept this? Why won’t Leaf just fix the damage?
