Me traen el colchón que no es de la medida que yo pedí, tampoco veo que sea viscoelástico, me dicen que espere 3 días a qué coja volumen el colchón, vuelvo a llamar a los 3 días y me ponen la maquinita, es desesperante.
El chaiselong del sofá, venía de fábrica montado en el lado opuesto al solicitado en tienda al comprarlo. Pagué montaje y los montadores no lo han cambiado
Todo positivo. Desde la compra on line, pasando por la gestión de entrega y por su puesto la entrega que fue puntual y muy profesional. Destacar toda la información que se recibe del pedido para informarte de cualquier actualización. En mi caso he comprado colchones y un pequeño sofá y todos los productos han sido geniales.
Todo se realizó tal y como me dijeron en la tienda. Muy satisfecho.
Compré un canape y un colchón , para vender todo son facilidades, quise cambiar el canapé por una base tapizada y ya todo eran problemas , pésima atención postventa y la vendedora al principio muy amable y cuando le dije de cambiar muy borde y desagradable

Our experience with La Tienda HOME has been deeply disappointing. We placed three separate orders. One was only partially delivered (missing beds and other items), one was never delivered at all (sofa), and the third turned out to be part of a set that is now incomplete and unusable. Beyond the delivery failures, we encountered: — A complete lack of professionalism from store staff, — Irresponsible behavior by the delivery company, — And above all, a total absence of constructive support when we tried to resolve the issue as customers. All communication was initiated by us. The store never showed initiative or offered real solutions. The partial refund we were offered included arbitrary deductions with no clear justification, and to this day we have received neither the money nor any confirmation. This has been a frustrating experience, and unfortunately, we cannot recommend this company. We will update this review if they fulfill their obligations.
We placed several orders at La Tienda Home to furnish our home. Some items were delivered correctly, but others took a very long time to arrive, and communication was often unclear or absent. Eventually, after repeated follow-ups, we did receive a full refund for one of the delayed orders, which we do appreciate. However, the overall logistics and customer service experience could be significantly improved. Hopefully, the company can take this feedback into account to offer more reliable service in the future.
