Compre un conjunto de sofas y en el envío ponía de 3 a 5 días, i exactamente cumplierón el plazo de entrega.Les puse unas recomendaciones para la entrega y me telefonearon para comprobar mi opinión...Trato Excelente

Positivo el trato en tienda y el seguimiento del envío. Negativo, se retrasó el envío en 7 días laborables de los estipulados.
Tanto en la tienda ,como en la entrega fueron muy atentos. El plazo de entrega estuvo dentro del establecido. El sofa muy cómodo.

No ha habido manera de contactar telefónicamente con la empresa ni tampoco con su operador logistico, ni tampoco por Internet, para conseguir que avisen previamente a la entrega del pedido para no frustrar su entrega al no residir en la vivienda.
