January 27, 2024, I kindly asked to be removed from their mailing list. Today, not even 11 months later, they are sending me more item in the mail. If I did not ask for your assistance and/or asked that you stop stending information why do you continue to do so? These companies like to reply that there is a third party company responsible for distribution, but it seems that companies like the Ladder are incompetent when it comes to managing their distribution. I asked kindly, please stop sending me information and no I do not want to discuss your products and services.

They use shady and unethical practices to gain customers

I needed a loan to catch up on bills between jobs after layoffs, and they got the job done! Easy process, low rates and manageable payments. I will definitely be using them again!

These guys are absolute trash!!! I worked for them for 5 months and was their top producer. They have lost three of their top producers due to their poor management and THEY STEAL commissions from agents that work for them. Be VERY CAREFUL!!!!

Overall I had an excellent experience and the customer service was exceptional. The customer service I’ve had at similar companies in the past has been terrible and this was a breath of fresh air and I was very happy with this company.

Ladder Loans is a great choice! Ladder Loans offers an easy solution for those of us who need some help financially. Everyone seems to need a little help from time to time. They had an easy online application. Customer service was there to give advise on short-term or long-term loans and Ladder Loans customer service has the easy answer to your financial problems.

They send an allegedly fake pre approval then when on the phone ask why u have debt if you make 6 figures. Have they ever lived in a left coast state where everything costs an arm and leg? They say office is in Cali. But they talk like New Yorkers. Highly Suspect

They do not want you to do a loan they want to do similar to National Debt Relief. And by the if you go to a company like that you will be taxed .

I did not reach out to them. They called me saying I inquired on a loan. I told them no he said, “Oh someone else must be helping you”. Based on the reviews alone they are a scam. Reporting to the California AG’s office.

bait and switch debt consolidation company. NOT doing loans at 5% as their ads say.

Applied for a loan to consolidate several debt accounts into one. (Shopping for more favorable rates and terms). No late payments. FICO is 700+. Get a call back shortly after going online and redeeming my pre-approval letter that was mailed. After sharing a lot of personal financial info with their rep (Jonathan), he comes back, not with the loan I requested but a debt settlement company (ruins your credit) which he tried to pass off as a loan. After some intense grilling, he finally admitted to it. He then sent me a list of other loan companies with less favorable terms than what I am currently in and I would have to pretty much start the process over again. Not sure if this nonsense is indicative of the company or just a lazy employee stuck working on a Friday evening.

Never called back when they promised, said they sent emails when they didn’t. Doesn’t seem to me as a trustworthy company.

Great Loan Provider! I cannot say enough about the work of the Ladder Loans team. They make things simple from the beginning and have a good team that communicates clearly to make sure you understand everything that is happening. I would recommend them if you are ever in need.
