Impressed with the level of service for the price point. The crew was genuinely friendly and helpful, not just going through the motions. The bibimbap meal was delicious and the seats had good legroom even in economy. The safety demonstration was also well done and engaging. Will definitely book with Korean Air again for future trips to Asia.

The flight was on time and crew was polite, but the seats in economy felt cramped for such a long flight. Food was decent but nothing special. The entertainment system was good though with recent movies and TV shows. Would fly again but might upgrade to premium economy next time.

Splurged on business class for my honeymoon trip and it was worth every penny. The seats converted to fully flat beds, the champagne service was elegant, and the crew went above and beyond to make our flight special. The Seoul airport lounge was also impressive with great food options and shower facilities.

Expected more for what I paid. The seat was uncomfortable and the entertainment system was outdated with a poor selection. Food was below average and service felt rushed. The crew seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive to passenger needs.

Flight was delayed by 2 hours with minimal communication from the airline. Once we boarded, the service improved significantly and the crew was apologetic about the delay. The meal service was excellent and the plane was clean and modern.

The 16-hour flight to LA went by smoothly thanks to comfortable seating and excellent in-flight entertainment. Crew was professional and helpful when I needed assistance with my connection. The Korean meal option was authentic and tasty. Only issue was the cabin temperature which seemed to fluctuate quite a bit during the flight.

From check-in to landing, everything was smooth and professional. The lie-flat seats were comfortable for sleeping, and the amenity kit was high quality. Korean Air really knows how to take care of business travelers. The Seoul layover lounge access was a nice touch too.

Have flown Korean Air multiple times and they maintain high standards. Clean aircraft, friendly staff, and reasonable prices.

Always choose Korean Air for my business trips to Seoul. Professional service and the best airline food I've had.

Flying business class with Korean Air was absolutely wonderful. The crew was attentive throughout the 14-hour flight, the seats were spacious and comfortable, and the Korean BBQ meal was surprisingly delicious. The entertainment system had a great selection of movies and the wifi actually worked well. Only minor complaint is that boarding took a bit longer than expected, but overall an excellent experience that made the long haul flight enjoyable.

Nothing particularly stood out as amazing or terrible. Standard airline service with decent food and on-time performance. The check-in process was efficient and baggage handling was good. Would consider flying with them again but not my first choice.
