Been using Koala for our HR needs and they've been reliable. Communication could be better sometimes - emails take a day or two to get responses. But when they do respond, they're thorough and helpful. Would recommend for businesses that don't need immediate turnaround.

Some aspects of their service are excellent, particularly their technical expertise and problem-solving abilities. However, their communication style can be a bit rigid and formal. Sometimes feels like you're dealing with a corporate machine rather than a business partner.

The quality of work is definitely there and their staff knows what they're doing. However, I feel like we're paying premium prices for services that other companies offer at lower rates. Good results though, so it's a trade-off.
