It was made clear at the start by Chris Brierley of Knights that they were a little more expensive but they took on fewer conveyancing cases allowing him and his team to give your sale and purchase attention. This proved to correct. Any hurdle or concern of mine was efficiently dealt with. I recommend Chris Brierley and his team.

I don’t even know where to start. To keep it simple, the evening before we were due to complete on the sale of our home we received a phone call from Knights to say that the solicitor who’d been dealing with us throughout our sale has left the company with immediate effect and they’d LOST our signed contracts! This obviously caused us a lot of stress and unnecessary grief the night before we were due to move. We’ve since raised a formal complaint with Knights and included other issues we faced. We paid a premium for this company- £1,000+ more than other firms and certainly didn’t receive a premium service. We’ve received a formal letter of “apology” and offer of £100 compensation. To note- the contracts still have not been found thus breaching GDPR. Absolutely appalled at their service and mere “sorry”.

Emailed asking about the services they provide over 3 weeks ago, they haven't even bothered to reply so not exactly on the ball!

I was referred to Knights Professional via my estate agent, which felt like it could go either way. Fortunately I was assigned Scott Oakley as my solicitor, who was diligent and thorough in what turned out to be a more complex than expected first time home purchase. Communication was done in a timely fashion and anything I didn't understand was patiently explained without ever being condescending. I am also confident in how invaluable his diplomatic skills were. I was extremely happy with how much work was put into my purchase and glad to see that although he was a Trainee during the buying process, in some final emails since he has been made an Associate. I would happily hire Scott again and have recommended him to any friends looking to start the home buying process themselves.

Charlotte Ridgeway of Knights Oxford has recently acted on our behalf for the sale and purchase of our properties. As is often the case there were plenty of obstacles during which at times became an arduous conveyancing process. I knew Shanjan who referred me to his colleague, Joseph Galpin, regarding my immigration inquiries. They were very accommodating of my needs and addressed my questions about related topics with great detail and care. Both are highly knowledgeable and genuinely good people. From my personal experience with immigration law, I have had unpleasant experiences with solicitors who would not return calls or only wanted to sell expensive packages. However, I can assure you that this is not the case with these individuals; they are trustworthy.

Jodie and the team respond immediately to queries and have been diligent in following up with buyers solicitor. Jodie and her team have been, by far, the best solicitors I have ever encountered and I have moved 13 times in my life. I would heartily recommend their services.

We have recently sold our property using Kinghts PLC. It was a very long journey over the last year due to losing buyers and ongoing sales but all the staff were very professional and pleasant.
