We purchased a house in the UK but we live in Canada. The Knights team held our hands the whole way through the archiac UK system. There were clear instructions and there was great access to the Knights professionals.

A mutual acquaintance put me in touch with Kerianne Walker of Knights when I needed to sell my property in London in 2022. The sale went through without much of a hitch, despite the buyer's representative delaying the final exchange for no apparent good reason. Kerianne gave sensible advice throughout. Based upon that experience I engaged Kerianne to handle my purchase of a house in Newcastle in 2023. There was one hurdle to be overcome, namely an out of date land mapping of the property, but that was negotiated successfully. Kerianne throughout was responsive, informative and reassuring. She was also helpful with follow-up questions. I would have no hesitation of using her services again and recommend her to others.
