Great service from Knights. We had Tia and Lucy work on the sale and purchase of our new home. Throughout the process they were always there to help answer any questions and keep pushing things forward. They would respond to emails in a timely manner and emails were always monitored. They were also contactable via phone and if they were busy or not available Knights always had someone who could help. They managed to reach a tight deadline and got us into our new property asap. Would highly recommend.

Despite a number of e-mails (spanning from the 5th July to current date 19th July 2024) to enquiries and an identified person in this so call "professional service " for a certified Deed of Variation or advise on the subject matter; no one had the decency to respond to our solicitor e-mails or my e-mails and, as a result, we have now lost the sale of our property. We now had to resort writing to media parties and our local MP Sir Lindsay Hoyle highlighting our experience and the stress this matter has placed on us.

Extremely efficient and personal service throughout the sale of my late brother's flat. Utterly professional but unstuffy, Rachael kept the Executors informed of progress and answered queries very promptly and clearly. Her knowledge, experience and advice was impressive and much appreciated.
