Knights assisted us with our house purchase and provided good overall service, supporting us throughout the process. However, they were somewhat reluctant to communicate via phone, and their initial response time was quite slow. As Knights are part of the developer's panel, there were instances where it seemed they were more aligned with the developer's interests than with those of the buyer. Nevertheless, the service was satisfactory overall.

Superb experience from start to finish for our first time buy journey. We had Emily Brown and Lucy McKenna look after our new build sale. They are quick to respond, polite, friendly and most importantly put our minds at ease. They've made the long process relatively stress free (as buying a house is never stress free!).
