As it seems every property transaction has to be driven through the clogged up, bureaucratic system, completing a purchase or a sale on a timely basis requires constant chasing and pushing and a solicitor who is willing to do this. Jamie Noel provided just such a service for me and was willing to constantly chase an indolent solicitor on the other side. For this alone, I would strongly recommend him but he also handled the whole, complicated set of transactions with diligence and efficiency and was readily contactable and kept me well informed.
