This company has AMAZING customer service. This was our first experience with buying glasses online. Unfortunately once we received our order and my daughter tried on the glasses she was heartbroken to realize they didn't fit her face properly therefore she couldn't see properly. I contacted customer service immediately and they immediately helped me with an exchange. Turn around time is great as well. I have nothing but positive things to say about Kits.
