Taking way too long
It took 4 days to process and ship my order, meanwhile I keep getting emails for an autoship on a different site from an order done 2 and a half years ago. Then I paid for expedited shipping, and it's still not going to arrive until Wednesday. With all the issues with Canada Post, I can't even imagine why you'd promise expedited shipping and use them. None of the other sites have ever taken this long and when I pay for expedited shipping they send via a courier. I was really hopeful about Kits but can't see a reason to order from you again.
