We had a great experience with Kinetic. Matt was informative and friendly with valuation and taking the photos of the house. Chloe was very helpful with booking and completing viewings. Jo then got us through our sale. She continuously helped my partner and I to stay calm through what was a very stressful process. Prompt with her responses to emails and would be available for help and advice over the phone. I do not want to sell or buy a house for a very long time, I can’t cope with the stress. But if I ever do in future I would definitely choose Kinetic. Thank you.

I’ve moved house four times and this is the first time I used Kinetic. I would never use anyone else now. From the valuation visit to the completion of my sale, they remained professional, friendly, proactive and supportive throughout. From start to finish I have been nothing but impressed by the service provided by Kinetic. From my initial appointment with Matt, through to dealing with Jo and the staff in the office, they have all been amazing. It is easy to see why they sell so many properties - it’s most definitely the friendly, honest and transparent service. Kinetic managed to get me a buyer within 48 hours on a street where it normally takes on average 8-12 weeks to sell. They are certainly doing something right! It is easy to see why chains collapse; most solicitors are overworked (or just useless) and this really does need someone to push things along. The progression and chasing of my sale, provided by Jo, has been excellent and I very much doubt it would have happened this side of Christmas if it wasn’t for her persistence and thoroughness in ensuring things get done. Even when things have got challenging with the transaction Jo and the team have gone the extra mile to listen to concerns and escalate wherever possible. For someone who is particularly hard to please I am super impressed and it’s clear they put all the other agents in Lincoln to shame!

Instructed Kinetic in the sale of my property. Very professional from start to finish, responsive to my questions and with feedback from all viewings. With a buyer found quickly, Jo was then very tenacious in chasing up their solicitor to ensure the transaction progressed to completion. This took 3 months in all but would have been longer if Jo wasn’t proactively managing the sale.

We dealt with Kinetic recently on a property we was buying and they went above and beyond. Jo Foster was very helpful liaising between each party's solicitors, as well as keeping us in the loop through the while process as much as possible. We will certainly be using Kinetic and asking for Jo in particular in the (not so near) future. Can not fault.

I've recently bought my first home through Kinetic, and though small, their customer service and dedication to my entire house buying process has been exceptionally fantastic. Every step of the way, they have been clear, understanding and have taken a great customer friendly approach in dealing with my many questions and comments, and pushing each of the respective solicitors to do their jobs. I recently purchased a property that was marketed by Kinetic. I dealt with Jo Foster throughout the whole purchase period. I can not pick a single fault with these guys. The communication from Jo was regular, response times to queries was impressive and Jo kept the chain in line throughout, communicating constantly with buyers and solicitors. I did not market my property with Kinetic, but after my experience of them, if I ever sell again, I shall be knocking on Jo’s door! Exemplary service!

It has been many years since we bought a house and the rules and regulations have change which left us wondering what we were doing half the time. I used the Redwood Drive Waddngton Lincoln team, Matt, Jo, Nina, Chloe and Shawna; they were excellent from the start, this was particularly appreciated given the transaction was an executor sale with my living at some distance from the property being sold. We invited Kinetic round to value our property as we were aware of how involved they are as a company in the local community; sponsoring local events, staff having paid volunteer days to help locally etc. When Nina came round, she was extremely lovely and personable. Nina went through all of what Kinetic could offer, at a pace that didn’t make us feel rushed or just another property to tick off her list for the day, and she provided us with a value supported by recent sales in the area. At no point was a contract presented to us for signing, rather she left it with us to cogitate – there was literally no hard sell or pressure to sign with them. Because of their reviews, reasonable fee, community involvement, and Nina’s style, it was a no-brainer and we signed with them the same day. Our property was well advertised online and within only a couple of days we had our first viewing. Over the next couple of weeks, we had further viewings, and several offers. After only 26 days of advertising, we agreed a sale. During the sales process, Jo kept us updated on a regular basis, and proactively helped push the sale along when others in the chain were being slow and unresponsive. This meant we never had to wonder/stress about how progressed the transaction was, and we have no doubt that without Jo’s involvement, the transaction would have dragged on and on. Kinetic and Jo in particular were absolute lifesavers, and I wouldn't even question working with them in the future. In this case, we had an exceptionally long house buying process, which threatened to fall through a number of times.
