The staff at Kinetic are so helpful, friendly and professional. I had my place on the market for almost 18 months in which time we were messed around with buyers. Kinetic staff were very professional and patient at all times. I would highly recommend this small but wonderful business.

Nina was extremely helpful the entire time; the sale went on a lot longer than expected however I was constantly kept in the loop and Nina was frequently enquiring with solicitors to ensure the completion went through before my offer expired. Excellent company to work with would highly recommend!

Wow what a great team, if you are wondering if to sell your house either with an on line company or Kinetic, use Kinetic, they have been excellent from start to finish. They sold my house within a few days of listing, got a really good price for it and completed the sale in less than 3 months, despite a problem the buyer had. Not sure an on-line company could have done this. I have been dealing with Jo mostly, she is very efficient, I didn't need to phone the office once as she was always one step ahead and called me with updates, big thank you to all the team.
Great job from start to finish. Chloe was excellent on the viewings and Jo has been a pleasure to deal with as she progressed both my purchases through in a quick time frame and ensured there was a clear communication between me & the seller at all times. If all estate agents had someone like Jo, the property buying/selling experience would be much less stressful for all involved.
