Seriously, if you want an estate agent that is committed, honest, reliable and 100% trustworthy pick these guys. We sold our bungalow with Kinetic and we could not fault them. Ours was a chain of 4 (including us), and it became protracted due to someone in the chain having a help to buy scheme. Undeterred, Jo and fhe whole team kept us up to speed, and our buyers throughout this period. Jo especially deserves a special mention, she went above and beyond to ensure we had a successful outcome, with regular updates via email, text and telephone, she liaised with our solicitors probably twice a week at times and we can absolutely recommend Kinetic to sell your house. Don't look anywhere else until you've tried these guys.

Can honestly say, Kinetic Estate Agents have been absolutely amazing throughout this process selling/buying. The whole team within Kinetic constantly kept us informed/updated, especially during the final completion date. Made selling my flat very simple, Matt who came to do the valuation and photos was excellent and answered every question I asked. Jo Foster was always on hand to answer any questions and communicate with the buyer once my flat was sold. All in all and excellent service and great team - would highly recommend.

This is the second time we have used Kinetic to sell a property and the service has been excellent. They kept us fully informed of all the arranged viewings and feed back and when a buyer was found they were very helpful with the negotiations on our behalf. Jo from Kinetic kept us updated every step of the way. They held keys for us and did the viewings and even agreed to let our plumber pick up the keys to carry out the gas safety check to save us having to arrange to meet him. Kinetic will always be our first choice of Estate Agents.

Jo Foster was `on the case` from the get go. I didn`t have to chase her up about anything. She kept me regularly informed as to developments re Mum`s house sale and showed care, efficiency and professionalism throughout the transaction. This transaction was quite problematic and Kinetic was the fourth estate agency we had used. It kicked all of the other agents (apart from one) into the long grass as there was no comparison between them and Kinetic. If you need a reliable, trustworthy and efficient estate agent then Jo Foster is the person I can highly recommend

I bought a property from Kinetic and right from our first viewing to crossing the line with the completion Jo Foster was outstanding. Constantly chasing solicitors and agents for updates and the thing was it was usually after Jo had contacted one or the other that there was actually movement. Our initial Chain fell through but we had a new buyer on the same day and Jo kept her client on our side whilst our new buyer started the process. In 4 weeks it was signed and sealed but Jo was outstanding, easy to deal with, in fact enjoyable to deal with and i was looped in on everything. Although i will never move again, ever, I would highly recommend using Kinetic and let Jo and her team help you through the process.

I think I had one of the most awkward sale ever but kinetic were amazing they are a small very friendly company they are very professional and organised at the same time supportive and understanding. Jo was amazing and every day for months kept at it .I could not of done it without her so caring and supportive at the same time feisty and relentless in getting me a fantastic outcome.
