Exceptional service
From start to finish I have been nothing but impressed by the service provided by Kinetic. From my initial appointment with Matt, through to dealing with Jo and the staff in the office, they have all been amazing. It is easy to see why they sell so many properties - it’s most definitely the friendly, honest and transparent service. Kinetic managed to get me a buyer within 48 hours on a street where it normally takes on average 8-12 weeks to sell. They are certainly doing something right! It is easy to see why chains collapse; most solicitors are overworked (or just useless) and this really does need someone to push things along. The progression and chasing of my sale, provided by Jo, has been excellent and I very much doubt it would have happened this side of Christmas if it wasn’t for her persistence and thoroughness in ensuring things get done. Even when things have got challenging with the transaction Jo and the team have gone the extra mile to listen to concerns and escalate wherever possible. For someone who is particularly hard to please I am super impressed and it’s clear they put all the other agents in Lincoln to shame!
