I really couldn't ask for a better service than the one I received from Kinetic Estate Agents! The communication and customer care exceeded all expectations, and really made up for a subpar experience I had had with a previous estate agents. I'd like to specifically thank Jo and Nina for being there when there were struggles getting the house sold, and to Matt who took great photos! Overall, I'd like to give a big thanks to the entire team! If I were buying or selling a property again, I wouldn't hesitate to get in touch with Kinetic Estate Agents.

Kinetic have been amazing from start to finish! We have recently purchased our first house with them and it couldn’t of been smoother. Matt was great when showing us around the property so friendly and put us at ease from the get go. Nina kept us updated throughout the buying process and made sure it was always running smoothly. On completion Chloe was always there at the end of the phone should be need anything. Cannot recommend them enough. Will definitely be using them in the future ☺️

The Kinetic team have been fantastic with the sale of both my property (which was a grade I listed cottage) and my partners. The team were extremely professional from the start - from the first valuation meeting with Matt, and subsequent photos/ listing; through to the viewings with Nina; and the sale follow-up with Jo. We managed to sell both houses (and buy our new forever home) with them.
