Thanks so much to Kinetic estate agents, especially Nina for ensuring our house move went through in very difficult circumstances due to Coronavirus. We have previously bought a rental property through Kinetic and throughout both transactions Nina has been on the ball liasing between all parties in the chain and ensuring things were progressing. Without this I think we would have struggled to complete this time, particularly given that our solicitor went into liquidation 2 weeks prior to the completion date. Again, Nina assisted to ensure a new solicitor was appointed and the matter was dealt with urgently. I would highly recommend as communication is key - Nina was always a friendly voice at the end of the phone and willing to help (even though we were not a direct client this time), Kinetic definitely go above and beyond with their service.
