Whilst I’m not going to go into to much detail as I left a lengthy review on newton fallowell I would like to say I won’t be using Kinetic again. We were previously selling with Kinetic and swapped estate agents. Our buyers viewed through Kinetic first and not Newton and Fallowell (who we were then selling with) they still wanted the full amount of money! This is despite changes being made to the property (new kitchen and radiators throughout). I’m not saying they are 100% wrong as it’s in the contract small print. We tried to come to some sort of agreement with them to not pay there full £1800 free as we didn’t feel they deserved it but Rob the was having none of it. What makes it worse the couple who bought our property who viewed it first through kinetic got a phone call just as they walked in the property asking how there viewing went! So unprofessional. In the end we ended up spending £3600 on both estate agent fees I personally don’t think that is good customer service and wouldn’t recommend them.
