They arranged and carried out out-of-hours viewings, got our property on the market quickly and nothing was ever too much trouble which made the entire process so much easier for us. Also the quality of the property photos taken were a key factor in generating a host of interested parties in the property—they were clear, professional, and really showcased the home beautifully. I had a very poor experience with Kinetic during the 4 months my property was listed with them. Over the entire contract period, we had just one viewing, and no offers, which is incredibly disheartening when you're trying to sell what should be a very marketable home. From the start, things were handled poorly. The photography was subpar, with bad lighting and awkward angles that didn’t do the property justice. The floorplan took far too long to finalise and still contained errors even after multiple attempts to correct it. This caused unnecessary delays in getting the property live, despite initial assurances that it would be up much sooner. Throughout the listing period, the only suggestion I was given on how to improve interest in the property was to reduce the asking price, which is a lazy and generic tactic that requires no effort from the agent and showed no attempt to tailor a strategy for my specific home or situation. No advice was offered on presentation, staging, or any creative marketing ideas. There was an attempt made to offer me extra premium listings on Rightmove and a free virtual tour of the house, but this only came once I gave notice to leave the market with them, which in my opinion was too little too late. The fortnightly update emails were equally uninspiring, usually just a copy and paste of Rightmove stats telling me how poorly the property was performing, followed by a vague “let me know if you have any questions.” The only question I had was why they were asking me for ideas when I was paying them to be the “experts”. In truth, it often didn’t even feel like my house was for sale. The lack of engagement, poor marketing, and absence of strategy made it seem like my listing was simply forgotten about. Other agents in the area clearly managed to generate viewings and offers on comparable properties, Kinetic did not. I gave notice and moved on once my contract ended, and I definitely wouldn't recommend Kinetic based on my experience. Another house down my road which was on with Kinetic has also just left the market without a sale, and from what I saw a similar lack of interest, so I know that I am not alone. Sellers deserve better than a passive approach and generic advice, especially when trusting a professional service to handle something as important as selling a home.

Kinetic Estate Agents have been fantastic! We had previously spoken to various agents regarding listing our properties and even went to a different agent initially (which was short lived). We had an introduction to Kinetic and it was a great choice on our part! The team has been brilliant. As we have multiple properties listed with Kinetic and Kinetic New Homes, we have dealings with all members of staff. A special thanks and shout out does go to Jo. Our properties haven't be the easiest to deal with, nor have I (calling most days) but she has never let me down in terms of sales progression and knowledge of what's going on through the chains. The whole experience of buying and selling houses is complicated and stressful but what's really nice is that I feel like we have made friends with a few of the team along the way! If you are thinking of buying or selling through Kinetic, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Even our last buyers said that Kinetic have been amazing and they didn't use them!

They were patient and kept me up to date with everything that was happening. There were a couple of times I went to email the solicitors to ask a question, and I would find I had been Cc'd into an email from Jo asking the very same thing, so that was always a pleasant surprise. Like many Estate agents I think they over valued the property but better that than undervalue and selling it quick and too cheap.Also the market changes almost overnight at times so it isn't always possible to be exact. The Market found it's value with a good amount of views and they found us a cash buyer so very pleased with the result. All those we dealt with were excellent and always on hand to help and give advice and inform us of any feedback. Special thanks to Nina and Jo for especially lovely and helpful through the whole process.

I found Kinetic constantly available and helpful, a more local, non-Corporate feel if you will. The property I bought had a very tight timescale within which to complete and the Kinetic team were always on the case, ensuring my interests were kept tightly in focus. I'm very happy with the service I received throughout.

From start to completion Kinetic have gone above and beyond for us. Matt was efficient with taking photos of our property and when we needed a couple of updates, he came the same day. George updated us weekly, and had great communication with us. Nina was always so lovely, and Tim showed the majority of people around our house. He genuinely cared about our sale!! Jo was fabulous throughout. She constantly kept us updated and chased our buyers Solicitors. She emailed us even when she wasn't at work and was brilliant throughout.
