Very attentive, super helpful
I'm a first time buyer and honestly Jo, James and the team have been such a great help throughout- they're very attentive and quick to respond/ answer any questions I had (I had many). They were patient and kept me up to date with everything that was happening. There were a couple of times I went to email the solicitors to ask a question, and I would find I had been Cc'd into an email from Jo asking the very same thing, so that was always a pleasant surprise. I'm very glad I decided to go with Kinetic for my first property all in all. Thanks, team! :)
