Great service
Like many Estate agents I think they over valued the property but better that than undervalue and selling it quick and too cheap.Also the market changes almost overnight at times so it isn't always possible to be exact. The Market found it's value with a good amount of views and they found us a cash buyer so very pleased with the result. All those we dealt with were excellent and always on hand to help and give advice and inform us of any feedback.
