I trusted the Kempinski brand to stand for service, excellence, and integrity. Sadly, my experience says otherwise. Following a deeply disappointing stay at one of their flagship properties — Kempins... See more

Really bad hotel, food was terrible, no pride taken in pool area and customer service was really poor. I will never stay at a Kempinski hotel again.

Wir waren übers Wochenende im Kempinski Engelberg (Schweiz). Von aussen ein alter, vornehmer Kasten, drin sehr stilvoll renoviert und ganz ausgezeichnet ausgestattet (inkl. Raucherlounge). Grosse Zimm... See more
Kempinski Dead Sea Resort in Jordan is beyond belief! They will food poison you, double charge you and laugh at you when you are leaving the hotel. Furthermore, nobody from the head quarters will answer any emails if you are complaining. Litterally a real class A sh**hole. Pardon my French, but I spent most of the time on the can.
Superbra service.
Very disappointing experience with Kempinski hotel. We missed our reservation due to personal issues. We contacted the hotel and spoke to Arm who said it would be OK and we could rebook (lie). When we asked them to confirm, everything changed. The lie, the lack of compassion, the ability to find a compromise or willingness to help is something I haven’t seen before. Stay away.
Bereits mehrfach im Kempinski Hotel in Soma Bay (Ägypten) gewesen. Traumhaft gelegen, super aufmerksames Personal und keine nervigen Strandverkäufer dar Privatstrand. Immer wieder gerne.
Traumhaft!!!! Vielen Dank an das tolle Team.
Wonderful experience with these hotels. Superb service.
Totally charming and welcoming staff, they were especially fabulous with the children. They suggested lots of activities for them. A very happy stay. Amazing breakfast, stylish suite, reasonable price!
Stayed at the kempinski Nile hotel in the present suit, and the aircon did not work the entire time in the bedroom. No discount or fixing of the problem!
Great hotel (High Tatras, Slovakia) and our stay was good. However, we booked via Booking.com and Kempinski debited the cost of our two rooms TWICE. Despite several emails to and fro they are refusing to refund the additional £1340 taken in error. Utterly outrageous. Lawyers now being instructed.
Hochpreisig, aber Service und Leistung passen immer sehr gut zusammen. Einfach Wunderbar
Wunderbar! Immer wieder.
Great service and atmosphere. Really enjoyed Kempinski Hotel in Budapest. Will hold my 5 star review until my next stay with them.
Adlon Kempinski Berlin has excellent rooms and food
After last revue om Kempinski Aqaba Jordan there has only ben god things to report and except for the fishrestaurant everything has ben worthy of the 5 star clas
Superb atmosphere, a hotel that I would definitely come back to. It was my first time going to this hotel so I didn't really know what to expect, however, everything exceeded my expectations and I do recommend it to everyone who has a chance to stay here. Friendly staff, good food, and the rooms are really nice. Holding off for a 5-star review just until the next time I'm able to visit this hotel to see if it holds up to my first pleasant experience.
My family and I made a reservation at Kempinski hotel in dead sea. When we arrived at 5 pm, we asked if it was possible to have a late check out since we arrived that late, at the hotel, the deskfront officer said it wasn’t any problem and convinced us to upgrade (with a difference of a couple of hundred dinars jd. valuta )our reservation to the Ishtar building, and so we did. The third day they called our room at 8am, to remind us that’s was time for our check out at noon, and if they should send us someone to pick up our luggage??? We explained that we had a late check out it was the agreement, no understanding and that was not possible, he said, there’s not such arrangements. Not a trustworthy staff, only out there to suck out your money and a very, bad vacation experience, thank you for that! No more Kempinski Hotels for us.
Hotel Adlon, Berlin An amazing tranquil atmosphere was created by the staff and general ambience of this very special location. I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the last 30 years, this was truly superb.
Spent a weekend in Budapest, Kempinski Hotel. I booked a smoking room, unfortunately I did not get one. The manager came into the room for a talk and gave us a free upgrade from a normal to business room. Crazy 😍 The staff was amazing - Thank you!
