Having recently viewed a few houses with Keenans, Cree has been a massive help, giving me information and advice from start to finish, thank you!

We bought our dream house from keenans. Great people, great service. We were shown round and dealt with by the lovely Cree and all of our questions were throughly answered. Cree took the time to find us the ideal house and showed us round. We were thrilled when we found the perfect home with the best neighbours!

I purchased my last property through Keenans and they where fantastic right from booking a viewing all the way through to completion. We where very impressed with Cree in the after sales department, she kept us up to date and informed on any developments at every stage. Thankyou for making our property purchase effortless.

We are currently renting through Keenan’s and working with Sophie, who has been absolutely amazing. Every issue we have had, she’s been right there to help out. Our overall experience has been pretty good

Keenan’s dealt with the sale of my late fathers bungalow in Read, they were considerate, sympathetic and professional throughout the entirety of the process. Paul came to value the property and he made us feel at ease, we knew instantaneously we had chosen the right agent. Lacie’s photographs were absolutely beautiful and reflected our well loved family home in a fantastic light! From start to finish we couldn’t fault Keenan’s, the service the team at Clitheroe provided was superb and Cree in sales progression was attentive and professional throughout. Selling my Fathers home, the family home, was a terrible time for me. Keenans helped to make the process less painful for me. I loved the photographs taken by the photographer, Lacie, she made my Dads home look incredible, I can also keep the lovely pictures in my memory box. Due to the pandemic the sale went through a little slower than usual, but I was kept up to date with the progression of the sale by Cree, this eased any worries that I had and to be honest I needed that extra time to say goodbye to my home.

Fantastic experience throughout the whole process with Keenans. Continuous support from James and a quick, efficient process. Photos and advert are above the quality of other local estate agents. Very helpful and always at the end of the phone when needed. Second time we’ve used Keenans and I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Sam came out and valued our property and gave us suitable guidance as to what price we should choose based on similar properties that had sold in the area. The way the property was listed was prompt and professional. We were really proud of the advertisement that was put on the website. With the choice of agents in Rawtenstall I made the right one choosing Keenans. From the initial valuation to the sale completing I was kept up to date by e-mails and calls from their office. James Brooking was my point of contact and his handling of the overall sale was very reassuring as it’s a stressful time and James and his colleagues made the matter less worrying.

I WAS IMPRESSED FROM THE INITIAL PHONE CALL-THE FOLLOW UP, THE ADVICE, AND IN THE WAY ALL MATTERS WERE CONDUCTED. A REAL SUPRISE WHEN COMARED TO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES.
