I recently bought a property from Keenans with Kayleigh being my point of contact there. From start to finish she provided excellent customer care, she was very friendly and constantly kept me up to date with progress, credit where credit is due.

Efficient, organised and a professional Estate Agents! There are some negative reviews on here, but I have nothing but praise for Keenans Estate Agents especially Simon from the Swinton branch. From start to finish Simon from Swinton has been absolutely fabulous! He is efficient, organised and very professional throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend Keenan’s or Simon! Thank you Simon and Keenan’s!! Our sale was so stress free from start to finish! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We sold our house through Keenans and cannot thank Kayleigh from the Swinton branch enough. She has been on everyone's cause in order to ease the stress of moving house. She is consistently on the case and manages to get updates from all parties. She has listened to my meltdowns and celebrated the positives with us. She is always reachable and has such a kind and caring nature. We cannot thank you enough for your dedication and hard work to get the sale ready in record time!

Absolutely fantastic company. Emma was like My personal PA and kept us informed about everything and in my opinion went above and beyond. Recommend to anyone wanting to sell there property with this estate agents. Thanks again guys and keep up great work .

We feel very lucky to have had Simon from the Swinton branch leading us through the sale of our house. He is extremely pleasant, friendly, honest and has a excellent knowledge and expertise of both the local market and the field that he works in. He stayed in regular contact with us throughout the whole process and provided the right advice, reassurance and guidance we needed at each step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and he always answered our questions in an honest and timely manner. We would not hesitate to recommend Keenan's and more specifically Simon, he made what could have been a very stressful time for us run so smoothly. We are now settled in our new house but should we move again we would only do it with Simon by our side. Thanks Simon and Keenan's for everything.

Sold our house with Keenans really helpful in keeping us up to date and getting the sort of buyers we were looking for. Kayleigh from the Swinton branch has been fantastic! She is really trying to find us a new property and checking on our progress and keeping our buyer up to date. She really is a credit to the team!

Awful company- avoid like the plague. I have had the unfortunate experience of letting and then putting my hose up for sale with Keenans. On the letting side they were constantly pestering- such and such work needs doing when it didn't. Just an excuse to send their own workmen out and charge a fortune. On the selling side - not clue. They just do not respond to messages and completely lax in attitude. I wouldn't give them one star but then I couldn't leave a review. Just terrible.

One of the worst estate agency experiences I have ever had!!! I purchased a property through keenans and from the minute I offered until completion was a complete nightmare! I wasnt given chance to increase my offer told my offer had been put forward to the owner which it wasnt. If i hadnt of knocked on and negotiated the offer myself then the owner would have been non the wiser. I would avoid at all costs. I was constantly lied too by Cree in their sales progression department found her rude and abrupt and the lack of communication was appallin. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - BELIEVE THEY CHARGE A LOT TOO I have tried to reply direct - Cree has already called me for further feedback following my review - I have made it clear where the issues lay and cannot be more clearer. I understand that it’s a very busy period for estate agents but felt like I had to do a lot of the chasing, I was constantly given conflicting information. Absolute rubbish estate agents who don’t checkout buys so a house sale and chain can fall apart on moving day - Avoid at all costS

My whole experience with Keenans Blackburn was shocking! I was in the process of buying a property and at the start they couldn't do enough for me. Once the offer was in they never returned calls or emails. When I did speak to them they were rude and unprofessional and wouldn't even allow me a second viewing for weeks after I had made the offer. Then Lauren tried bullying me into exchanging contract before survey in and lied and said it may go to sellers family member (solicitor said there was no family member). Then the builders survey came back and the property needed a new roof,chimney and full of damp and Keenans told me to ignore the surveyor! I told them to shove the sale and I have walked away and dodged a bullet!

What a waste of time. I sent 3 emails asking them to value a property for our family after a bereavement. I dis not recieve anything back. Failed at the first hurdle. Every other estate responded within 24 hours

I called Blackburn branch to make a viewing instead i had someone called Jonathan Berry push me into selling a property with keenans once he found out that I'm selling with your move. So rude absolutely disgusting the way he spoke to me. Instead he starts telling me negative things about your move and that I should look to get keenans in If i wanted keenans to sell my property i would call them. I simply called to book a viewing for a property on the market?! When asked for his name he pretends the line is breaking up and that he cannot hear me. NOT PROFESSIONAL, POOR SERVICE absolutely DISGUSTING! I’ve heard negative feedback from sellers however this poor service i have witnessed myself. Unlucky Jonathan is unaware the call was recorded when he starts getting rude! I will be making a formal complaint! Avoid Keenans!

This agency made up stories to me from start to finish. I have logged calls and times and they cannot match their times to my calls. Their stories change from one day to another. Too big to be of any use. They don't reply to emails, they don't reply to calls and sadly are so transparent, even to a 23 year old.

Kieran at the Burnley branch is polite, professional, he provides me with a weekly update on the sale of my property, he has exceeded my expectations. Kieran has made (what normally would be) a stressful situation, a step by step calm process. Thanks for all that you're doing. Highly recommended.

We have recently sold our home of 44 years with Keenan’s. It had previously been marketed by another Agent with no sale. From the first visit Sam inspired confidence in the possibility of a sale and suggested it was marketed at a higher price than previously. Throughout the whole process we were very impressed by Sam , Abbey and the team at Chorley. We loved the promotional ‘walk through’ video and then we waited for the phone to ring....and ring it did. In the first two weeks we had seven viewings and three families who wanted to purchase the property. We were offered the full asking price by a lovely family looking for a new home - and cash buyers. Once the sale was agreed we were contacted weekly by the office and at every stage the staff were always there for us at the end of the phone. We could not have asked for more from our estate agent. If you are thinking of selling or buying a home look no further. Keenan’s is the agent to go for!

I can see there some negative review on here, but I have nothing but praise for Keenans. From start to finish they have been brilliant. Paul from the Rochdale branch kept us informed all the way through to our sale. Ken who oversaw the viewings and Liam at the Accrington branch who consulted with us until completion. They have been efficient, organised and professional throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you Kennans!! You made our sale so stress free. 😊

Keenans estate agents entered the property where I am the legal tenant with my current landlord without my authority, without me knowing and without me being present at my home just my friend there unaware that keenans were coming to take pictures of the house, I spoke with James who is aware I am the tenant and be informed me my landlord arranged this and gave the go ahead for this so knew I hadn’t agreed. No apology was given or explanation to me just ‘speak to your landlord’

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! Poor poor poor service. Nearly lost my sale due to the incompetence of this estate agents. If it wasn’t for my solicitor it would have fell through. Never ever get back to you, either phone, e-mail. I basically did KB job for him. Absolutely disgrace from start to finish. Want a good estate agents then I highly recommend Sell Well. I had more dealings with my buying estate agents than this estate agents who was selling mine. Don’t make the mistake I made please . Moving is stressful but the non correspondence. The abrupt staff is what made it stressful and basically nearly pushed me over the edge who was dealing with my sale. Gutted me I had to pay for such inadequacy.

I had to put 1 star on to be able to write this review but it doesn’t deserve any. We recently pulled out of a purchase of a house with Keenans Swinton branch as the customer service from Aimee was absolutely terrible, we wasn’t allowed a second viewing to show the children until we had our survey done and when we tried to explain she told my partner “to cut to the chase’, when my partner told her how rude she was and that her customer skills was terrible she said that she’s done her job and that was to sell a house. Well I’m sorry but Aimee is the reason we pulled out of the sale, they are not having our custom. Stay clear.
