Keenan's have been exceptional with the sale of our house. Jay has kept us up to date at all times and they were really helpful with the viewings as sometimes my job can mean I'm not available to do them myself. Jay and his team have been thoroughly professional since the start and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Other estate agents could learn a lot from these guys.

Very pleasant experience with Keenan's yesterday, I spoke with a woman called Alicja who was very well mannered and knew exactly how to help me. She assisted me with my query efficiently and was very friendly to speak to - such a credit to the company. Would definitely recommend Keenan's to friends and family.

Keenans staff were professional friendly and knowledgeable. During and before our house sale they gave us information about how to sell our house and the best price to ask. They communicated well with us and made appointments to fit in with us. We would definitely recommend them to other people.

James Brooking at Keenans estate agents is a true professional I am a property investor and use quite a number of estate agents and I can honestly say that I have found James and the team excellent to deal with great communication, call backs and updates as promised. We went with Keenans as we felt they were more driven to sell our property than other estate agents that valued our property. From Aaron, who valued, Laura, who took stunning pictures, right through to James who has handled our sale. They have been fantastic. They have handled all aspects of selling a property and ensured we have had to do little except leave them to it. The communication has been on it. James in particular has kept us on track. I wouldn’t sell with anyone else. We have recommended to friends - who have also not only listed - but now also sold through Keenans. They are selling machines.

This is really very easy for me. My dealings were mostly with David and Jack from Clitheroe office. From their first visit to my home and taking photos, to finally getting an offer on my property I have found them to be extremely professional and efficient at all times. They were very courteous and kept me informed all the time with feedback etc. They followed all phone calls up with emails and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if I needed to.

Keenans gave an honest valuation of my mother's property. After we agreed to go ahead the particulars were emailed to me for my approval and listed on 'Rightmove' too, within a matter of days. There was a lot of interest in the property straight away with 9 potential buyers offering their final offers. We accepted an offer that was well above the asking price! The team there have done an excellent job and were always keeping me up to date via email or phone. Thanks to Samuel, Aaron, James and Katie for all their help.

Keenans sold my Dads house. Simon from the Manchester branch came round and valued it honestly unlike some other local agents, he also hosted all the viewings and the property was under offer the day after. Would highly recommend.

Having purchased through Keenans in 2018, we used them again to sell our house recently, whilst also purchasing a new property marketed by Keenans. We dealt with Johnathon B during the early stages, and then Sam K during sales progression. Both made the process of buying and selling much more relaxed. In particular, we would have regular contact and updates from Sam, and not only was he professional but the level of service was also personable, which I think was really great and a nice touch. We would always trust Sam to chase up where required and also answer any questions we had. If we were to be looking to buy or sell in the near future, we would go to Keenan's as our first port of call

I had a few questions about a property listing on Keenan's. To my delight it was Alicja who was there to answer them. She was wonderful and patient with me. Some of the best customer service in the industry.

Obviously didn’t look on the emailing list before sending out the please leave your reviews email. As i said to them at one point, “this is supposed to be a exciting time but right now all I am thinking is I wish I hadn’t even decided to sell my house let alone with Keenan’s.” Where do I start, we put an offer down on a property on a Friday to be told yes its yours. To then drive plastic the property a couple of days later see a sold sign with another company, contact Keenans to see what was going on to be told, he’d accepted an offer over the weekend, and what about our offer? Oh well we didn’t actually get through to him on Friday to confirm with him despite telling you that he had accepted, because we knew he’d had no offers and that there was no viewings so just thought it would be ok. Meaning having to go back and offer more, costing us a further £10,000. Thanks. They were happy enough to chase us for stupid things but not the venders or buyers of ours, meaning delays left right and centre. Explain to me what sort of Estate Agent sells a property to a person without ensuring that they had the keys, so when everything was completed we went to pick up the keys to our house which they told me they didn’t have and that I’d just have to go and wait while they chased it up. Wait where ? I have just sold my house and I am sat outside of the property which I had just bought with no way of getting in and all my belongings sat on the drive. Oh and half hour till home time for the person telling me I’m going to have to wait. Then turning up with a spare set, meaning not all the keys were there (only 1 key for the patio doors, so could only open 1 door, no keys for the shed or outhouse) and basically saying well that’s all we can get hold off, meaning I had to move all my belongings into a house which someone else had the keys too and not being able to sleep for 2 days until I could get a locksmith to come out and replace the locks throughout, and due to not having all the keys to the doors meant that the locks having to be drilled out. Costing a further £350. So not only did they take a very good wage from us they also cost me a further £10,350. Thank you Keenan’s. I will not be using again.

I am looking to buy a new home, but as I am not very experienced with buying/selling homes, I was quite nervous but Keenan’s helped me overcome this anxiety! Alicja in particular was very helpful in answering my question and queries which made me feel much more confident. I look forward to buying a home through this estate agency!

Keenans were extremely helpful and informative when selling my home. Faye was with us every step and fought hard to chase progress up when we needed to move on to completion. Conveying fees were also competitive. Would highly recommend.
