I had a really pleasant experience with Keenan's Estate Agents during the purchase of our first house! Both Kayleigh and George were exceptional at viewings and on the other end of the phone to assist with any queries.

I've been dealing with Jack Truelove on a number of properties and he's a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful, always goes above and beyond. Top agency!

I have used many estate agents throughout my life but none come close to the service and professionalism of Keenans. I can not recommend them enough! Specifically Emma D, who has gone above and beyond for us, answering all our concerns and promptly responding without having to chase once, her customer service skills were excellent and a real pleasure to do business with. James Brooking and all the team at the Rawtenstall branch have been absolutely brilliant in helping us secure our dream house. Polite, friendly and pro-active in every way. He has given help and advice throughout what can be quite a stressful process and explained everything to us in great detail. If they couldn’t give us a answer there and then they would update us to say why and also a timescale of when they’ll be able too do so. If James wasn’t available everyone else in the office was able to update us as they all seemed to know what was going on. Communication is key in situations like this and this is where James has excelled. We’ve been that impressed with the service that we’ve decided to rent our property through Keenans as well. I sold my house through Keenan’s in Clitheroe and received excellent service from start to finish. Sam, the valuer, was great to deal with and was efficient and helpful. The whole process was made to be very easy throughout and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I would like to say what a excellent estate agents Keenans are. From start to Finnish and the bits in-between I could not fault them. A special mention for Simon who came to apprise the house first, what a true professional he was he explained all what Keenans would do to sell our house and explained in detail how the company's department's work. I have used Keenans now to buy several properties and to sell one, and my experience is ongoing currently. I could not fault them, they have been incredibly proactive in marketing my property, getting an incredible number of viewings and ultimately securing a sale at asking price for a tricky property with a tiny bathroom that could not be improved. On the purchase front they are also really proactive, contacting me on a weekly basis to let me know of progress, ironing out any difficulties and ensuring that every purchase goes smoothly and quickly. I could not possibly mention them all but special thanks to Rob, Jonathan, Sophie, Dave, Adam and Jess at Accrington office for their professionalism, friendly welcome approach and all-round effort.
