My wife and I are in the process of buying a new house at the moment. Emily (from Bury branch) has been the most helpful negotiator. She is very professional and has fantastic customer service skills.

I’ve used Keenan’s for the past few years, very professional and helpful. Customer service is excellent, they provide a high standard of service. Louis Percival in particular who has helped me out massively over the years and the rest of the Keenan’s team. Highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to reach their goals in the property business.

We have been using Keenans for a while and the service has always been great. We had the initial meeting with Richard, he was very knowledgeable and helped us get up and running in the sales process. His valuation was very accurate and the lender survey matched exactly. Due to no issues of ours or Keenans we had to re-list the property, in stepped Terri (or Terrific Terri as she is now known in our house), Terri has been relentless with getting us viewings and kept in contact with us at all times. We are happy to say that after some well vetted viewings we are about to move to our new home. Thanks to both Richard and Terri for all the hard work. We would recommend anyone in Barnoldswick looking to sell to give these guys a shout.

Good service - Understand the local market,

I chose Keenans to sell my house because the house I wanted was also up with Keenans. Luckily my house sold within 4 hrs of it going live on the internet and Keenans secured the deal on the other property for me. All the staff I have dealt with have been professional and polite, Sam, Aaron , Laura, Johnathan….. special thanks must go to Aaron for coordinating between the two different branches effortlessly though!

Worked very hard and quickly to get the property listed and sold at an ideal price, but service levels once the offer was accepted took a major dip. E-mails often not replied to until chased 2 or 3 times.
