House went online for sale on Saturday and sold on Tuesday! Advice and support from Adam about how to prepare for our sale meant we were able to spend a few weeks getting some jobs completed which would add value to the agreed sale price and then BOOM! - the house sold so fast and for a significantly higher price than it went up for. Thanks to Johnathon for his hard work getting us online quickly and negotiating a very efficient sale, thanks to Jess for the great photos and also thanks to Kieran for keeping us updated whilst the sale went through successfully last week. A very efficient and professional service that made the stressful process of selling a lot smoother than my previous experiences! A great experience all round. Thanks again.

Started off badly a couple of the team quite abrupt which put me off. Got a call back from Jonathan things started to improve. Got what I would call harassed trying to get my solicitor to hurry up!!!! Bearing in mind we were right on schedule. Tried to get a final inspection but was told by Luke they were too busy!! Kieran took over very pleasant professional and the others could take a leaf out of his book. I felt once everything was going through the after care was non existent just onto the next sale. Would not use this estate agent if selling.

Little disappointed at the start as we had viewers coming round who were not in a position to buy, one hadn’t even got their house up for sale! Once we had accepted an offer, Liam was our only contact with Keenans, he did his best to keep the sale progressing despite a few difficulties which caused significant delays. Liam was always polite, personable and keen.

I would not recommend our first agents in Barnoldswick, our house was up for sale with them for 18 months and we never got 1 viewing. We went with Keenans and in the first 2 weeks we had 3 viewings. We got a buyer but unfortunately it fell through (no fault of Keenans) due to our buyers wife being seriously ill. Our house went back on the market and within a very short time was sold again, this time it was successful. After selling we were put in the very capable hands of Liam. Liam was excellent and was always on hand to answer our questions, it seemed nothing was too much trouble for him. He phoned us weekly with updates even when there was no change to the current status. He is with no doubt an asset to Keenans.

Keenans were the Agents we were buying from so dealt mostly with that team. Not a great start as our initial contact failed to update or repsond on many occasions. Liam then took over and was very professional and actually helped the purchase along. Thanks, need that sold sign picking up from my front garden though!

Property sale in Rossendale. Lewis Chilton was out sales manager, very professional and was able to manage the chain with ease until completion. Excellent service. Kennans know the market very well. Kennans actually valued our property a lot higher than other agents, and were able to deliver a sale on that high valuation. This allowed us to achieve a healthy deposit for a beautiful new home much larger than we first expected.

I was recommended Keenans by a friend who had used their services before. I was aware that although the market is quite buoyant at present it would likely be a long, complicated and frustrating process to sell a house given how busy agents are and the restrictions from the pandemic. I needn’t have worried. Keenan’s were proactive, diligent and worked extremely hard to get the house online and ready to sell as quickly as possible. Not only that good to their word when they said they had buyers looking for my house I had multiple viewings booked in on day one. The very first viewing offered that same morning the full asking price of the house and the property was taken off the market on the morning it was put on! At this point I still expected things to take time. Hiccups. And all of the other delays you would see. Especially as I was due to go on holiday too for two weeks. None of that. Everything went extremely smoothly. Surveys. Searches. Solicitor engagement. Comms between all parties. Alll in all the sale from start to finish took under six weeks which is incredible. The service from Louis, Chloe and Kieran was phenomenal. They were always on hand if you ever needed them and over delivered on everything they promised. Keenan’s we’re a pleasure to do business with. And next time I am selling or buying I will be sure to use them. The team in Burnley are a credit to Keenan’s and exactly what you want as a seller and buyer. Faultless.
