We’ve bought several houses with Keenan’s and the service has been great. All of the staff especially Jack Truelove are extremely proactive in trying to find us our next investment property and they are extremely helpful during the conveyancing period also. Would highly recommend!

Finally an estate agent who cares: Keenans have been very helpful and responsive throughout the process of selling our property with expert advice and tips. But it gets better than that. On the day of an important viewing we weren't feeling well, our cleaner had let us down and we were not ready for the viewing. Jack Truelove of Keenans turned up. He immediately asked "how can I help?" and then went to work, helping us to get the house ready for the viewing. I swear I even saw him whizz around with our Dyson and a cloth to get the place to look it's best. The viewers turned up and... put in an offer (!) which we accepted. Jack's positive "can do" attitude shines through in all communication with him and we are sure that this is also what made the difference with the buyers. Thank you.

During the process of selling and purchasing we spoke mainly to Aaron who has been professional, personable and pragmatic. He has gone the extra mile to help us in dealing with solicitors, purchasers and vendors. I would recommend anyone to ask for Aaron as he is extremely helpful, courteous and polite. Thank you Aaron.

My experience with keenans was first class all the way , as always . Dealing with Jonathan on a personal basis , from the Accrington branch selling my resent property which I have worked with Jonathan previously on other properties . I still find him to be extremely professional , considerate , knowledgeable . Nothing seem to be too much trouble , for him to keep us informed on a daily basis about where we where with are present sale . Jonathan Thankyou , from us both AGAIN .

Great service from the Keenans team, sold our home very quickly and Liam at the Accrington branch kept us in the loop throughout the process.

Excellent take on by Keenans Burnley Team in spring 2020. Covid impacted as we requested on hold for 12months. Property revalued by Louis & quickly re-marketed in June 2021. Accepted a realistic offer after Dean’s good viewing. We were handed over to Liam from the sales progression team, who excelled in chasing solicitors, following up any issues & kept in touch which was invaluable as we live at distance. Liam saw the whole process through to completion in a professional & confident manner.
