Good overall service. Good level of viewings for properties. 9 times out of 10 staff members were available for the viewings. Decent market knowledge and enough notice provided when arranging viewings. Overall good standard of service.

All went to plan, the Clitheroe Office handled all inquiries efficiently , we were kept up to date with each step along the way, we sold quick that expected. Thanks for all your help. Merry Christmas

3/4 months ago since the sale has gone through. Dealt mainly with jack at the Clitheroe branch. Probably spoke to all the team through out the duration of the sale. I cannot fault them in anyway!! Pictures/description/wording/looked outstanding!! Kept me up to date through out the sale.. There was a few complications from the buyer at the latter end but the sales progression team picked up on this and followed it through.. Clitheroe Keenans - actually took over the sale from another local estate agent as I was tired of being messed around. It was blessing. My only regret was not using Clitheroe Keenan’s first time round!! I would recommend and will use again.. Thanks Everybody involved.

The team at the Swinton branch were great at helping me with viewing the house and sorting out an offer. Liam in the Burnley office was super helpful with arranging things with solicitors and completion. Being a first time buyer, I could not have asked for better support with this big step in my life!

Everything went well with the sale of our property bearing in mind the chaotic time of the stamp duty reduction. All Keenans staff were excellent and the service they gave was second to non.

I have both bought and sold numerous properties through Keenans in Clitheroe from a 5 bedroomed 3 acre barn conversion to a 2 bedroomed flat.They were not always easy sales and required a good understanding of the market backed by an outstanding marketing team.As a vendor or purchaser you are always kept up to date with the progress between the legal representatives on either side of the transaction. Keenans are definitely the go to agent if you are considering a move.

I recently viewed a property with the Clitheroe team and they were very courteous and helpful with showing me round and answering any questions I had. From booking the viewing to getting my feedback the whole team were thoroughly polite.

We recently bought our house through Keenans in Clitheroe. David and the team were incredibly responsive and moved us swiftly and professionally through the process (this being our first house it was all new to us but they made it really easy). We saw the propety on The Keenans website which had great images of every room and details of the property which meant we could think about any questions we may have had for the owner. The viewing was arranged quickly and when we were ready to offer, David liaised with us on a regular basis to keep us up-to-date on how everything was progressing. From there, the sales team guided us through purchase and considering the COVID restrictions at the time, we were moved in within weeks. I would highly recommend the Keenans team in Clitheroe and they make a great cup of tea too.

Keenans provided a good service for our house purchase and our contact at Head Office, Emily Bradley, consistently went above and beyond in order to see the process through to completion. Emily consistently chased both sets of solicitors, sometimes doing their job for them, and the Land Registry in order to speed things along. Without doubt Emily was the most helpful person in the process for us; she was great. 5 stars for her personally! I would only raise two constructive criticisms about the process in general. Firstly, we were incorrectly told that the property we were interested in was freehold rather than leasehold initially, and it took several weeks for this to be corrected, by which time our offer had already been accepted. This was a significant error and whilst Keenans did apologise for it, it should never have happened with such a key piece of information about the house. Secondly, I would have really appreciated a direct dial number to Emily at times during the process. Moving house is a stressful process and it seemed unnecessary to have to go through the switchboard every time we needed to discuss an issue, as often only one individual was fully appraised of the matter. In future I think this information should be distributed once an offer has been accepted and the process is moving forward. Overall, I would recommend using Keenans, they provided a good service during our purchase and Emily was extremely helpful throughout.
