Excellent service from Keenans Barnoldswick. Terri and Richard were flawless throughout the sale. We asked Keenans to act for us on Monday and the valuation was carried out the following day. Photography was quick and very good quality. Terri is very professional and pleasant, she kept us informed by text and email at every stage and for every viewing in advance even though we were not conducting the viewings ourselves. We accepted an offer on the first day of viewings so it cannot get better than this. Thank you Terri, you are an asset to Keenans.

I would strongly recommend Keenans in Burnley. Jack is a super friendly lad who came to value our house. He got the photographer to photograph the property promptly and got the house on the market as quickly as possible. We had ten booked viewings in the first week and three firm offers straight away with two of them over the asking price. The girls in the office keep us up to date with what’s going on and they are all so friendly.

I was sent an email which matched my criteria of what I am looking for.I was given a viewing appointment pretty much straight away that week without any fussing. James was very helpful showing me around the property he was very polite and positive. Even though the property got sold for a higher price I was told I would still be sent new properties which matched my criteria.
