Esstisch Nahala und Pouf Neom getrennt bestellt alles zeitnah und einwandfrei angekommen. Preis ist nicht günstig aber Qualität stimmt. Kann mich null beschweren
#kaveHome, the worst misleading company. 1) they promote high rebates, good luck if you find them 2) Their announced delivery times are totally unreliable. 2 weeks suddenly turns into 10 to 11 weeks. Never KaveHome anymore for me.
Made a big purchase and got a tracking link in spanish which does not include any tracking info. The expected delivery is already days away. When asking the client service they send me a link to follow my order, which leads to page error. The email is not polite and is not signed by anyone. No idea still when to expect big furniture which is kind of important yo know to be able to plan our days. Shop elsewhere!

No hay manera de contactar con ellos, ni por email, ni a través de formulario, ni por teléfono (horario limitado, larga espera, y para conseguir contactar necesitas 20 intentos y 15 minutos en espera). El diseño de los artículos es muy bonito y localidad precio más o menos lo estándar para este tipo de muebles. Pero no es sería una empresa con la que es imposible contactar. Y que te dan plazos de entrega que modifican habitualmente.

Expérience catastrophique. Livraison annulée 1 h avant l’heure annoncée. J’ai perdu ma journée. Depuis plus aucune nouvelle de Kave. Pas moyen de joindre le service client. Quand la ligne n’est pas occupée c’est un disque interminable qui finit par vous éjecter. Aucune réponse à ma réclamation. Fuyez. C’est un nid à problème.

Ich habe ein Sofa bestellt, welches ohne Armlehnen, mit einer kaputten Rückenlehne und fremder Sofateile kam. Kundenservice nicht hilfreich, keine Abholung der fremden Sofateile einer anderen Person, keine preisliche Erstattung, kein Austausch der kaputten Teile oder meiner fehlenden Armlehnen. Bei einem Sofapreis von ca 2.000€ ist das so frech und unverschämt. Ich kann nur raten hier nicht zu bestellen und Kave nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

J’ai commandé un Ficus de 2,10m d’une valeur de 195 euros, arrivé dans un état lamentable, la moitié des feuilles détachées de l'arbre dans le carton, les feuilles pliées, bref on s’attend a mieux à ce prix la. J’ai fais une demande de SAV en ligne, aucune réponse, j’appel le service client quotidiennement (1 seul conseiller parlant français pour gerer toute la france!) entre 30 et 45 minutes d’attente chaque jour. Plus de 10 jours plus tard je n’ai toujours pas de bon de transport pour le retour malgré toutes mes demandes. C’est la première et dernière fois que je commande sur ce site. Je vais en profiter d’avoir une grande communauté sur mes réseaux sociaux pour exprimer ma déception à propos de ce site.

I bought an armchair on 18 November. They dispatched it and Fedex/TNT tried to deliver it on 26 November (I live in the Netherlands, and the chair comes from Spain). I was not home to receive the chair, because they did not send any message or email telling me about delivery times (like other services do). The day after, they sent me another email telling me they tried to deliver the chair and I was not home again, but that was a lie because I was working from home, by the window, the whole day. I followed the instructions they left, but the track number was incorrect, and the website did not work well. I called customer service of the delivery company, they promised to deliver the next day, asked to stay indoors. I stayed at home the whole day, nothing. I called them again, the same story... in total, they promised me 3 times they would deliver next day, they never showed up. I called kave home customer service after a week, they did nothing. So it's been a month since I bought the chair, 2 weeks of their only attempt to deliver it, and I got no chair. I will never buy anything again from them, it's worth the stress.
