#kaveHome, the worst misleading company. 1) they promote high rebates, good luck if you find them 2) Their announced delivery times are totally unreliable. 2 weeks suddenly turns into 10 to 11 weeks. Never KaveHome anymore for me.

Made a big purchase and got a tracking…

Made a big purchase and got a tracking link in spanish which does not include any tracking info. The expected delivery is already days away. When asking the client service they send me a link to follow my order, which leads to page error. The email is not polite and is not signed by anyone. No idea still when to expect big furniture which is kind of important yo know to be able to plan our days. Shop elsewhere!

Falta de profesionalidad

Por mi experiencia personal lo que no ha funcionado es el plazo de entrega de los muebles, pero lo peor de todo es que nadie se ha puesto en contacto conmigo para darme una explicación del retraso y por muchas tentativas de hacerlo yo a través de correo o telefónicamente, tampoco lo he conseguido.A mí me han cobrado todo por adelantado y ahora tengo mis dudas…..

Item didn't arrive

Item didn't arrive. i made a big purchase, never received an estimate date, some items arrived randomly and when i follow the status in the website appeared that everything was delivered. but there are two big items still missing: living room carpet and mattress. i tried to reach out 6 times by email and also calling, and didnt receive any response or support.

Such terrible logistics

Such terrible logistics. Ordered total of 3000 eur furniture. Was told that delivery will happen in 5-6 weeks and then updated that I have to wait a bit more than that! Are you serious? Such terrible experience. 3 weeks past already and wasn't even dispatched. I am now getting worried that it will not even arrive. Will update after months I guess...

Un mueble de tele llegó con las puertas…

Un mueble de tele llegó con las puertas rayadas y con uno de los agujeros prefabricados desviado, por lo que el montaje fue muy costoso (sigue habiendo piezas que no encajan del todo, pero lo conseguimos montar). No vimos los desperfectos en las puertas hasta que no estuvo montado del todo (más de 4 horas). Para reemplazarlo, nos piden que desmontemos y embalemos de nuevo el mueble, cuando la culpa de los desperfectos no es nuestra. Creo que podrían enviar a alguien para que desmonte y empaquete el mueble. Pidiendo en KAVE, das por hecho que la calidad de los muebles es superior a cierta tienda de muebles sueca, así que, cuando se produce el error, lo deberían asumir ellos. Actualización: Al final nos enviaron un mueble de repuesto y se llevaron el otro sin que lo tuviéramos que desmontar y, ¡SORPRESA!, el mueble de repuesto es de segunda mano y está en mal estado. Unos agujeros están dados de sí y se ve claramente que ya había sido montado anteriormente porque lo desmontaron y, al quitar los tornillos, también sacaron las roscas porque faltan CINCO. Además, el mueble tiene un golpe tan evidentemente VISIBLE que dudo que tengan algún control de calidad porque no es ni medio normal. Ahora a ver cuándo se llevan este y nos traen otro Y NOS LO MONTAN EN EL MOMENTO. A ver si entre el que ya tenemos en casa y el nuevo que nos tiene que traer podremos montar uno entero y sin golpes haciendo una mezcla de las piezas de los dos muebles.
